Stone building of 1878, recently renovated "The Shack" is a lovely house in olive trees comprising two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, as un'arredata kitchen and a large garden. Great place to live in quite and relaxing holiday. Just 5 km you reach the Terme di Saturnia for a relaxing dip in the warm waters rich in natural properties. You can reach in 20 minutes the City Tuff (Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano) rich in Etruscan civilization. Not far from Mount Amiata, where winter with its ski slopes and summer with its salubrious area make it a very attractive place to visit. A 45 km to reach the Monte Argentario with its beautiful beaches. Tourists free choice of his vacation to return to his work more relaxed and with a memory of being carried along with it.

Glorious

If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate.

La maison est tres bien située, tout prêt d’oliviers bicentenaires, dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons été accueillis à bras ouverts par Francesca et Saverio. Les pièces sont grandes et la maison est très propre. Si nous devions trouver un petit défaut ce serait sur l’équipement de cuisine. Par exemple il n’y avait que deux petites cuillères et pas d’égouttoir pour les pâtes ce qui est en comble en Italie . Mais ces petits désagréments n’ont pas altéré notre merveilleux séjour.

Tolles Ferienhaus in der Natur

Super schöne Unterkunft

Wer die Einsamkeit sucht, wird sie in dieser Unterkunft finden. Wir waren zu zweit vor Ort und haben die ruhige Lage richtig genossen. Befürchtungen, dass wir es mit diversen Tieren im Haus zu tun bekommen würden, hatten sich nicht bewahrheitet - es gibt ausreichend Fliegengitter. Auch am Haus gab es nur ab und zu vereinzelte Eidechsen. Die Schlafzimmer und die Küche sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Tor zum Grundstück ist elektronisch verschließbar. Die bekannten Schwefelquellen sind um die Ecke, der nächste Ort ist Saturnia. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Meer ca. 1h entfernt ist. Es gibt auch keinen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe, nur kleine Tante Emma Läden. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist okay, es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super, jedoch sind Übersetzer-Apps hilfreich. Insgesamt waren wir von der Unterkunft positiv überrascht und würden sie auch Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen.

Midden in de Maremma.

Wat een mooie traditioneel gebouwde cottage. Midden tussen de olijfbomen. Wel aan een doorgaande weg. Wij konden het moeilijk vinden omdat we volgens de aanwijzing moesten zoeken naar een Podera. Dat bleek niet correct. Onze communicatie verliep via de vertaal machine van Google. Wat goed ging. Het huis vonden wij sober ingericht.

Lage und Möglichkeiten

Wie immer ist diese Bewertung subjektiv zu betrachten. Denn ich gehe davon aus, dass diese Lokalität bewusst ausgesucht und gebucht wird, weil sie nicht direkt am Urlauberstrom liegt. Dies war jedenfalls unsere Intension. Du bist allein im Olivenhain, ohne Nachbarn. Denn die Häuser sind weit auseinander. Beim Frühstück kann es sein, dass Du Rehe beobachten kannst, die im Olivenhain am Grasen sind. Abends kann es sein, dass die Wildschweine in etwa 40 Metern das Grundstück kreuzen. Denn die zusammenhängenden Olivenhaine sind natürlicher Lebensraum. Grillen und Eidechsen eingschlossen. Natur pur...wenn Dir dies liegt, dann auf gehts. An der Wohnsituation gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ein gelungener Ausbau wird Dich erwarten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm. Spricht jedoch nur italienisch und sehr wenig Englisch. Saturnia, bekannt durch die Quellen. Es hat eine Therme, die mit Eintritt versehen ist und dementsprechend ausgebaut ist. Eine tolle Sache, wenn man dies mag. Ebenfalls eine, die frei ist für alle. Das warme Wasser fliesst über Kaskaden ab. Diese sind wie natürliche Badewannen. Diese Möglichkeit wird auch sehr rege besucht. Also, auch hier - kann man machen, muss aber nicht. Wir waren auch dort - zu empfehlen sehr spät am Abend, es hat immer noch genug Besucher, doch der Sternenhimmel - eine Freude für die Augen. Das warme Wasser dazu und es ist auch Entspannung möglich. Des Weiteren sind diverse Ausflüge in die nahe Umgebung in Eigenregie möglich. Von Wandern, mit dem Rad für geübte wegen der Berge. Alles ist in relativer Entfernung, mit dem Auto ist es aber kein Thema. Ist ja eh dabei. See Bolsano ist eine Reise wert und das Meer sowie der Park Toscana an der Küste nach Norden. Die Einfahrt mit dem Auto ist beschränkt in den Park. Hier ist dann Laufen angesagt oder auch Fahrrad, lohnt sich aber. Die Fahrt von Saturnia bis ans Meer etwa 45 Minuten bis Albinia. Dann hasst die erste Station schon erreicht. An der Halbinsel der Ort Ortobello ist ein Besuch wert. Also viel Spass in der Ecke der Toscana. Halte Dich nicht zurück, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Mit dem Zug nach Rom ist auch als Tagesausflug möglich, da von Albinia eine gute Verbindung besteht. Eine Fahrt von 2 Stunden bis Termini und Du bist mitten drin. Wenn Du gewohnt bist, mit eigenen Gedanken und Ideen den Tag zu gestalten, dann los geht's. Viel Spass.

Superbe maison au milieu des oliviers, certains oliviers ont plus de 2 siècles. La maison est au calme, très confortable et très propre. La literie est très confortable. La maison se situe à 5 mn des termes de Saturnia. Les propriétaires sont d’une très grande gentillesse. Ils nous ont offert de l’huile d’olive à notre arrivée. Et vu la qualité, nous leur en avons acheté au moment du départ. A refaire sans hésiter mais pour une période plus longue, la région mérite qu’on y passe du temps.

Urlaub inmitten der Natur

Das Häuschen von Fabrizia ist sehr schön, inmitten von Olivenbäumen gelegen, etwas abseits, genau so wie wir es mögen. In wenigen Minuten ist Semproniano und Saturnia zu erreichen. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.(Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort.)Heizung und eine heiße Dusche war mir wichtig, da die Abende zu dieser Jahreszeit doch schon recht kühl sind. Alles funktionierte bestens. Grosseto und der Monte Amiata sind in ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen. Für uns war die Lage optimal, um die Gegend zu erkunden und in Kürze zu den Thermen von Saturnia zu gelangen. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Schönes Haus mitten im Olivenhain

Alles wie beschrieben, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien und zum Beispiel Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Fabrizia und Saverio, die (wie in der Anzeige beschrieben) nur Italienisch sprechen. Mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns jedoch gut verständigen können :) Das Haus war sehr sauber, jedoch leben mitten im Grünen natürlich auch ein paar Tierchen. Anti-Mücken-Mittel wird dringend empfohlen ;)

Ulivi e cielo

La casa è spaziosa, ben fornita e molto comoda. Il suo punto di forza indiscutibile risiede nel grandissimo, secolare, uliveto circostante completamente a disposizione degli ospiti. La signora Fabrizia e il suo figliolo si sono rivelati cordiali ed accoglienti. E' la prima volta in 20 anni di frequentazione di case vacanza che troviamo a disposizione un piccolo ma essenziale approvvigionamento di generi alimentari (sale, zucchero, caffè, olio ecc.). Un solo neo: la prossimità ad una strada asfaltata peraltro non troppo frequentata, che inquina il meraviglioso 'rumore' del silenzio che aleggia nell'uliveto. Nel complesso, però, una bellissima e rilassante sistemazione a pochi chilometri da meravigliose località della Toscana etrusca.

Sehr sauber und viel Ruhe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war super sauber und zwei liegen im Garten, auf denen wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Auf dem Gasherd ließ sich super kochen und die Straße, die am Haus vorbei führt ist sehr wenig befahren. Für 2-4 Personen sehr zu empfehlen! ☺️

Immersi nel verde degli uliveti

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa meravigliosa proprietà immersa negli uliveti della Maremma Toscana. È stato un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Gentilissima e disponibile la signora Fabrizia. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Villino incantevole immerso negli uliveti della maremma: pace e silenzio, una vera e propria fuga dalla città. La proprietaria e suo figlio: due persone squisite! Le terme di saturnia sono a 10 minuti di macchina. 5 stelle meritate!

Endroit très agréable et sympathique, comme la propriétaire. Terrasse magnifique et maison confortable, très bien pour une famille de 4 personne avec un animal. Beaucoup de choses interessantes à voir aux alentours.
