Of Ground floor renovated in 2013 with large terrace of 55m2 and private garden bloomed completely turned to the sea and exceptional views. Two bedrooms and a main room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, with toilet; plus another separate toilet with sink; decorated in tones of beige, taupe and blue, the three rooms giving on the terrace full south with superb sight sea. Garden furniture, armchairs and coffee table, large table for lunch under the lemon trees. Grand Pre 1000m2 accessible to children nearby. Parking space for 1 vehicle. Nearby rental "pool color" on the same website for 5 to 10 people

Fantastic host!

We had an wonderful time in Pierres appartement. Nice location with a grelt view over the bay. The beach is 20 min away on foot and 5 min by car. Monaco, Nice and the beautiful village Eze is alle glose by. Pierre is a fantastic and vers helpful host.

A lovely apartment with spectacular terrace and view

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The large terrace and garden had areas for dining, relaxing and playing table tennis and had stunning views over the Mediterranean. Pierre was a wonderful host. He was friendly and attentive and gave us excellent suggestions on things to do in the area. All in all, it was hard to leave at the end of our stay.

Quiet property with Mediterranean views, on the route to a typical French hill village.

There is a bus that goes past the door, but we loved the walk up the switchbacks to the property. When we arrived, we found Pierre to be most helpful. Sitting outside in the evening, drinking cool wine and reading "Chanel's Riviera". What are you waiting for?

Relaxing Easter vacation in Eze

Our family of four with two teenagers visited Cote d'Azur for the first time. The apartment turned out to be a very good location to explore the eastern part of Cote d'Azur, as Monaco, Nice and Eze are easy to reach by car or bus. Before and after trips, the terrace with sea view is perfect for relaxation. The apartment itself is equipped with everything needed. Last not least, the host Monsieur Pierre was very helpful with tips for trips or the excellent bakery in Cap d'Ail and we likes the chats with him. Overall, we enjoyed a lot our stay in Monsieur Pierre's apartment.

Que du bonheur !

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, discret mais disponible à tous moments. Nous a apporté de nombreux conseils et renseignements sur les lieux et visites. Emplacement du gite parfait à 3 km de la gare et permettant de rayonner sans la voiture. Gite confortable avec une belle vue sur la mer et disposant de tout ce qu'on peut avoir besoin. Fête des citrons et carnaval de Nice sous le soleil ! Que du bonheur ....merci à Pierre pour son accueil.

Ruhepol an der côte d'azur

Die Wohnung von Pierre ist perfekt um Ausflüge nach Nizza, in die Umgebung und zu den tollen Stränden zu machen. Die Terrasse ist phantastisch am Morgen und am Abend und die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, so dass man sich voll entspannen kann. Es fehlt an nichts und Pierre ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Ein absolutes Plus ist Pierre: sehr nett und mit tollen Tipps zur Stelle. Die Wohnung entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Lage ist total genial: 5 Traumstrände sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen; außerdem ist Monaco nur 8 und Nizza 15 Busstationen entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Location

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Matratze des Doppelbetts sollte getauscht werden. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat viele Tipps. Aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung benötigt man für alles ein Auto. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ist es etwa 1 Stunde. Zur Badebucht führt ein Fußweg in etwa 20 Minuten und diese ist echt schön. Und man sollte unbedingt ein Mückenspray dabei haben. Alles in allem würden wir wiederkommen!

Herrliche Terrasse

Wenngleich die Farbe schon ein wenig abblättert, haben wir uns doch sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vor allem den großzügigen Außenbereich, wo man immer ein schattiges, kühles Plätzchen findet, sehr genossen.
