Cefn Uchaf Cottage is a delightful detached cottage on the outskirts of Llanbedr, Wales. Hosting three bedrooms: one king-size double, one double and one single, sleeping five guests with a family bathroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Cefn Uchaf Cottage is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to Wales.

Amenities: Oil central heating with log burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Washing machine. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Beach 4 miles. Note: Limited mobile phone signal. Note: Private water by bore hole, regularly checked and annually inspected by the local authorities. Note: Due to age and nature of the cottage there are 3 steps down to the kitchen and the first floor is split level. Note: Max' 4 guests, including children of all ages.
