We had a great stay in this cozy house while visiting our son. It is very well stocked, wonderful outdoor patio and in a great location to CSU & downtown.
Our stay was fabulous! The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable and walkable to downtown Ft. Collins. We had everything we needed and it truly felt like home.
Becky’s house is very cozy, well-appointed and clean. Comfy beds, fully-equipped kitchen and private outdoor space with a high-quality grill that we used several times. Excellent location - - quick walk to town center. Close to Martinez Park and the trail along the Poudre River. We loved Becky’s place and we will definitely book again.
We stayed in the house for a few days and absolutely loved it, it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. I loved it so much, that if you ever decide to sell, please let me know!

Lovely home, patio, great access
This cute bungalow was the perfect size for us. It was close to everything-Old Town, Estes Park, whitewater rafting, Rocky National Park. The outdoor patio was quaint and perfect! Becky was so easy to work with and the home was super clean and had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a memorable vacation!
This place is amazing! We loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to Old Town and close drives to great hiking. Becky was great, check-in was a breeze and she was so easy to communicate with. We had a great time and loved the patio space in the back for relaxing mornings and evenings after our day's adventures. This is truely a gem!

Adorable house. Use of 2 bikes, and nice patio in back.
This house was clean, great central location. We were visiting our son at CSU and used Becky's bikes to ride to Old Town and campus. Quiet neighborhood close to running path and Old Town. Great place!

Awesome!
Very clean. Extras in bathroom and kitchen were nice. Inviting backyard. Great location for our activities in town.
A wonderful little cottage in the heart of Fort Collins. The home is charming, the location is great, and Becky is an incredibly thoughtful host. We will be back! Thank you!
Great stay at Becky’s place in Fort Collins! Her very homey place is within walking distance to breweries, restaurants and downtown shopping. Everything we could need was provided for our use and Becky was available to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying again next time we travel to the area. Thanks!
What a beautiful home and a great location. So well-kept and an amazing patio and front yard. The interior is delightful with all the perfect touches. We would come back in a second. Thank you, Becky. Grateful for the hospitality!
My mom and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip. The home has so much charm, beautiful plants inside and out, and just a welcoming feeling overall. It was extremely clean with everything we needed. Becky was so easy to work with and was there to answer any questions (although we didn’t come up with any, because everything was so wonderful :) Great location, on a quiet street, with easy access to downtown. We would absolutely stay there again! Thanks, Becky!
...from the moment we met Becky when we arrived, the well stocked and comfortable accommodations were a joy. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the back yard. The location is excellent. And, Becky could not have been any nicer or helpful. It was a wonderful ten days...
First time using VRBO, and it was a great experience.
Becky was great to work with in town for a wedding and very responsive. I had initially booked for two people but ended up with three staying in the house due to a hotel issue. Becky was flexible and very responsive in assisting them with a last-minute travel issue.
House is just a nice in-person as seen online—easy walking or driving distance to old town plus easy to get to outdoor activities in the area. Truly enjoyed staying here. Thank you, Becky,

About the host
Hosted by Becky Todd
I moved from the Midwest to Fort Collins in 1997 for my hubby to go to grad school at CSU and have never looked back. I enjoy all of the outdoor adventures that Colorado has to offer along with cooking, gardening, hanging out with my Gbabies and friends. I feel lucky to live in such a beautiful town with the hiking, sunshine, arts, CSU and Old Town magic.
Why they chose this property
I chose this house because of the fantastic location. I love being able to walk to the park and also bike or walk to magical Old Town for coffee, dinner a microbrew or the many places that offer live music.
What makes this property unique
My house is very cozy and comfortable, not to mention south facing to let in all the sunshine. The patio is very relaxing after a long day. Outdoor games such as Jenga and cornhole are available as well as 2 grills for enjoying the beautiful outdoors and landscape. Plus the fact that you can just hop on one of the bikes provided and cruise around town!
