Brand New for the 2018 season - Artemis Villa No2 is in the best Protaras Location possible. It is close (800 meters) to the Vibrant live entertainment, fun, restaurants etc of Protaras, but far enough away that you can relax in its wonderful gardens and not hear the town hubbub.

The Villa has had an extensive overhaul over the winter months - the patio area, outdoor showers, indoor bathrooms, entertainment Sat/TV etc all new and shows UK terrestrial channels as well as Sports Movies etc. The gardens have all been overhauled with new palm plants, astra turf, pool lighting (disco lights to subtle lights) etc etc - too much to list.

There is a big support team for the villa. Paul is the property manager, then there is another Paul (lives across the road) who manages the Pool - cleaned twice weekly, a laundry team, cleaning team, and on standby a range of folk that can fix anything that may require it. This villa at the top end of properties available in Protaras but we do not charge for it.

Fancy discovering Scuba or advancing your PADI qualifications - close friends run a Dive Club and have significant experience - they are cheaper than the local providers with health and safety at the centre of everything they do.

Amazing villa and great location

Fantastic property, everything we needed and more. Beautiful and spacious outdoor area with a fab bbq. Lorraine and Mike were so helpful and accommodating. Always detailed and quick responses to any questions. Would highly recommend.

Perfect 😍

Excellent villa, clean and had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. Lovely pool and furnishings we would definitely buy ok again if we returned to Cyprus. Sue the villa manager was really helpful too especially organising our transport to and from the airport. I would give the whole experience 10/10 Thank you Lorraine for the excellent communication too

Wonderful villa, wonderful stay, wonderful owners - Highly recommended

From beginning to end this was the perfect holiday rental. We communicated directly with the owners who were incredibly quick to respond and went out of their way to be helpful before, during and after our stay. The villa is in a beautiful setting and only a short walk to the centre of Protaras. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and equipped with everything you could possibly need to self cater, BBQ and feel comfortably at home. It was fantastic to have milk, bread, orange juice and even a bottle of wine provided on our arrival - a few essentials which helped hugely as we arrived late at night. Paul the property manager dropped by the next morning and was friendly and welcoming without being remotely intrusive. He just checked all was okay and happily gave us some useful knowledge about local supermarkets and restaurants. The pool and outside dining area are fantastic and there is plenty of covered, shaded areas which was important to us as we have two children and the August sun was incredibly hot. The pool is cleaned every other day and so was a pleasure to swim and relax in. The gardens and landscaped area are also beautiful and the 3 bedrooms were modern and uncluttered with very good air conditioning and super fast fans. The upstairs bathroom was really large and there was a bonus of a downstairs loo and large shower which was great as we had both children and parents with us and all needed to get ready for a family wedding towards the end of our stay. It's the type of villa that is so beautiful and looked after that you are determined to look after it and leave it in the same way you found it. Especially when you know the owners are due to stay there the week after you! I cannot recommend Artemis Villa No 2 enough - perfect for a family holiday, relaxing and has all the facilities you could possibly need. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and for the responsive, helpful communication to ensure we would have the best time. Best wishes, The Hewitts x

Great place, great location.

This Villa has everything you need, all the rooms are large and comfortable and the outside space is really well set up with a large dining table, BBQ and enough sun beds for everyone. Lorraine and Mike provided lots of information on our initial enquiry and nothing was too much trouble. Once at the Villa we were met by Paul who manages the property for them who is on hand should you have any problems. We had been left a welcome pack of bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and beers which was perfect to keep you going until your shop. If we visit Cyprus again we would certainly come back to this Villa.

We had stayed at this villa in the past and it was always our favourite. We were very lucky to find it for sale as we started looking for a villa to own.

It is our favourite place and we hope allows you to build very many happy memories there.

What makes this property unique

It is a villa set in a tranquil place. The garden is full of beautiful flowers and plants and the lemon tree provides an abundance of lemons. A short walk away though and you are in the centre of a bustling resort with lots of entertainment.
