The apartment is located in the Fernandez house, 20 Mt from the beach, but is located on the first floor, north side, it is composed of an entrance-living room with sofa, TV with satellite TV service, adjacent kitchen, corridor leading to the 2 rooms bedroom and bathroom, he also has a veranda with drain, but smaller which gives onto the rear garden, the parking space is guaranteed by public parking spaces nearby reserved, through permits to residents, the washing machine is shared with the apartment on the side South facing and located in the stairwell.
