Amazing time

Had a great time at the villa, everything was perfect, the rooms, the setting, the veranda. Hard to find fault with the villa to be honest. Just be aware that it's quite isolated so you will be getting uber back and forth between Dubrovnik or Komolac as the villa is located at the back of an industrial area with no nearby amenities. So sad to leave and will definitely be back! Swiss biscuits up da wazoo!

Perfect for relaxing holiday!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house is very well equipped. The pool was very clean. Vjeko was friendly and helpful., He treated us with a delicious arrival dinner! Villa is a bit tucked away, but here you can enjoy a lot of privacy and tranquility. The shops, cafes, and restaurants are just a short drive away. Dubrovnik is definitely worth a visit! Following the recommendations of our host, we found several beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea!

Charming villa with pool in quiet location

Very charming holiday home with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and it can easily accommodate 8 people. The outside dining area is covered and very nicely decorated. There are many decorative details throughout the whole house, but they all fit perfectly! Vieko is a very nice host. He gave very good tips for our stay.

Excellent!

I would definitely recommend this place! Every detail is very well thought of and the owners are taking great attention to cleanliness. The location is also very good, about 15 minutes by car from the center. Although, I would recommend using uber or a taxi when going to the old town because it is not easy to find a free parking place.

Beautiful villa, peaceful location

Nice holiday villa with a high standard that has absolutely everything you could possibly need during your stay. It is full of interesting details that have emotional and traditional value for the owner. It is located out of the beaten path and it could be a challenge for the taxi drivers to find it. On the other hand, the villa offers great privacy that we valued a lot and the landscape is beautiful.

Wonderful house

We had a great time at the house! It is newly renovated, very well maintained and most of all the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The kitchen is well supplied, we had a barbecue one night, made pasta the other night. The bedrooms were really pretty and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The outside patio was really nice and the pool was always clean. The hosts, Lora and viejo, told us about everything we needed to know about the house and what to do in dubvronik when we arrived and whenever we called them. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent vacation

We were with 7 friends and the space was great, big enough, having enough amenities, the pool was very nice. Everything was clean. The neighborhood is very quiet in a remote somewhat residential area. But to get there, you have to pass a industrial area, that feels a bit sketchy in the dark. We were fine and perfectly safe, but if you would be driving there for the first time, you would think to yourself: where am I? The only "downside" were the many wasps around the patio and the house. The communication was very smooth and quick. I´d highly recommend this place.

Beautiful villa

This beautiful house just outside Dubrovnik is incredibly comfortable. Our family of 7 loved this house. Details like lighting, beds, sofas, made the house inviting and cozy. It was hard to leave the home each day because we so enjoyed hanging out there from the pool to the comfortable living area. Our host were very helpful and provided us with great tips for restaurants and excellent local cuisine. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik but wants to have some peace and quiet too.

Ideal villa for family

Excellent location

The property was very conveniently located, it was really spacious and close to Dubrovnik which was great because after crowding in Dubrovnik while sightseeing we returned to this oasis of peace and quiet. Our host was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation recommending this property and will definitely return.

Beautiful villa

Stunningly beautiful 4 bedroom house that seems to come out straight from the Wallpaper magazine! The house is fully equipped with everything and is just a short drive from Dubrovnik. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubrovnik. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa

This is an amazing villa! The design is really awesome. The details, decor, stuff its all perfect and well equipped. Great view and quiet area. We arrived late in the evening, and that was not a problem for the check in. Good place to stay and an excellent service!

Très bien mais...

Magnifique villa, très bien équipée, mais nombreuses nuisances sonores(chiens et voisinage irrespectueux qui coupe les haies à 7h00 du matin). L’environnement immédiat est bien mais pour accéder à la villa nous sommes obliger de traverser une zone industrielle( pas très glamour mais vite oublié lorsque l’on arrive.) J’y reviendrai volontiers en en espérant que le commentaire fasse évoluer les choses. Horaires de départ et d’arriv Sont rigides et non négociable.
