Gabriela: Holiday house with large terraces

Beautiful house recently renovated, located in a very quiet area of ​​L´Escala. It’s only 12 minutes walk from the beach of Riells, and the promenade.The beach promenade of Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment facilities for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.

The house has two large private terraces, in front and behind the house. It also has a communal pool, which is available ONLY from June until the end of September. The house is divided into two floors. It consists of two double rooms, and a room with bunk bed. Two bathrooms with showers, large living-dining room with exit to the front terrace, and american kitchen with exit to the rear terrace. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture.

The house has a garage and there is also possibility of park in the street for free. In the house can sleep a total of 6 people, in two double beds and bunk bed. here is also the possibility of joining the neighboring house to accommodate two familie.

Pets are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Nice property and everything you expect your home away to be

Quiet neighborhood, beach at walking distance. Even the old town can be done on foot. We did miss a dishwasher and airco but I rate the property with an 9. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. No complaints

Das Haus war ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön. Der Weg zum Strand war mit rund einer viertel Stunde schon nicht nah. Im September war das Wetter sehr gut und es war auch nicht zu überlaufen.

The house was clean, there is a big refrigirator.we enjoyed the terraces, you can always find some shade. Pool is small but very enjoyable. Sometimes very noisy during night, the walls are thin.

Very good holiday destination, conveniently located. On the negative side some of the amenities in the house were not new. The shower curtain was too short, we had to clean floor every time after taking a shower. The fridge was not working properly when we arrived, but the host fixed it the same day. Many terraces in the house, but they were not clean, which was unpleasant. None of these shortcomings have seriously impacted our stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 7 pers: 4 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 bébé. La maison est bien équipée et nous avons même eu un mobilier plus neuf que sur la photo (canapé notamment). L’agence K3homes est joignable 24/24 par whatsapp et a repondu à nos sollicitations (allume feu manquant apporté très rapidement). La description de l’annonce est conforme sur tous les points. Je recommande.
