This comfortable ground floor apartment is located in a luxury complex on the beachfront (area of ​​Las Marinas, Dénia). It is perfect for family trips, sleeps four people and has a bedroom with a double bed (2x2m), a room with twin beds (a trundle bed), bathroom with bath and an independent kitchen with an open utility room. It also has a beautiful terrace of 30m2 fully furnished with views of the garden and the sea.
The complex has direct access to the beach with a key, large gardens, three pools, one for children and one with water slide, private beach bar, supermarket, playground and concierge all year.

Good location on beach with great pools for kids and adults

Pleasant flat with everything you need on holiday including well equiped kitchen with washing machine but unfortunately NO air conditioning (host apologised profusely and said it was a genuine error) Spacious terrace with a few steps down into the gardens with kids pool directly in front if the flat and gate to the beach. Bar and restaurant on site handy for drinks and snacks. Would give 5 star rating if it had air con.
