Tastefully refurbished studio apartment on the 7th floor of this sought after Hercules building with 24 hours reception with ample lifts in the Gamonal area of Benalmádena , Málaga with experienced local bilingual owner manager. the apartment is situated 5 minutes walk to bustling town of Arroyo de La Miel, Benalmadena, 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Paloma park and 15 minutes walk to Benalmádena Costa beach and spectacular marina, 5 minutes walk to Bonanza square, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. No can necessary.
FREE apartment clean, fresh linen and towels before your arrival and after your departure.

FREE cooling and heating, electricity and hot water, cable TV with both English and Spanish channels, FREE use of travel cot, portable high chair .

The studio is fully furbished and is very bright and airy. A south -east facing open terrace over looking the sea , 2 swimming pools and immaculately maintained communal gardens with view towards the Mediterranean to the south and the mountain of Malága to the east. Recently installed air conditioning.

A good stay at short notice.

Although very familiar with Benalmadena it was the first time for us to stay to in the Hercules appartment block. the studio we stayed in was very neat, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. The property manager was very friendly and informative and called several times to check if we had any problems first class service. would not hesitate to return and recommend to others.

Very clean and tidy apartment.

Would definitely stay here again. Jeff very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for him. Great views from balcony and great location. Reception manned 24 hrs and receptionists very friendly.

We are the owners and managers of our own properties and are not just a property manager or absent landlords. We live 10 minutes away from our property and are always available to help our guests to enjoy their holiday.

We believe the property is a good value for money with its many in house facilities. It is ideally located to reach many tourist destinations and other towns and cities around without the need of a car ,specially the city of Malaga and the autonomous region of Andalucia. The property offers air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. It is connected to wifi for the use of our guests.

The property enjoys a good size communal pool and a kiddies pool. It has an open balcony with sea , pool and garden views.
