The studio is located on the 1st (European) floor of a beutiful building in the heart of Paris, nearby rue Rivoli, between the metro stops Châtelet and Louvre Rivoli. The building has an elevator.

The apartment is comfortable, having a sofa bed and all of the necessary equipments. The neighbourhood is vibrant, the building being located on a busy street. There is also a supermarket nearby, about 10 metres from the entrance.

The apartment offers plenty of storage space by the entrance.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV. Additionally, the WiFi and all of the TV channels are ready upon arrival. There is also a dining table for up to 4 people.

The kitchen is an open space and has an electrical cooktop, microwaves, a washing machine, 2 coffee machines and all the necessary kitchen utensiles.

The bathroom is made up of a shower, sink and WC.

The accommodation overlooks rue des Bourdonnais and is located less than 50 meters from rue de Rivoli.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Dommage pour le bruit de SDF qui sont juste devant pendant la nuit. Trop triste et trop bruyant mais vous n'y êtes pour rien. Mais autrement très agréable à vivre

Perfect Location

I love to stay in the vicinity of Place du Chatelet and this apartment was great. Walking distance to a lot of the major sites and easy access to the RER trains and to the Metro. Lots of wonderful cafes in the area. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and there is a supermarket next door. Loved my time here.

Perfect place for a short Paris stay

First off kudos to Glamaparis who were brilliant throughout the entire process - even allowed a late checkout to make a mid afternoon train. (Thank you Eunice and also Robin at checkin) The apartment - whilst small - was fine and in a terrific location. Great bakery nearby for our daily fix of croissants, short stroll to the Seine for morning walks and plenty of shopping and bars. Chatelet-Les Halles is also great for the Metro and for getting wherever you need. Street was a little noisy at night with some street people but nothing too bad. Oh, and maybe some English instructions for the washer/dryer!!

Once your booking is confirmed on the HomeAway platform, we will contact you with further details regarding your check-in organization.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).
Hence, we will require :
• Your passport copy ;
• Your permanent address ;
• The signing of a rental agreement between you and the owner whom we officially represent. This contract will be sent electronically in French along with the English translation.
• The signing of an inventory will also be asked upon arrival with a GLAMAPARIS agent.

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
