This luxurious villa, built on a very private 3/4 acre lot, sits well back from the road. Mature oak and palm trees line the driveway to this beautiful villa which is a mile from Manasota beach and five minutes drive to major stores and restaurants. Free wireless internet.

The large pool area offers complete privacy and overlooks a small pond and bird preserve. Palm trees to the rear add a special feature. At construction the upgrades throughout to create a luxury standard which is immediately noticeable with faux painted columns and other feature areas. The master and guest suites have king beds.

Very satisfied with our stay. There was a small issue with the pool turning green, but Gareth was very responsive and got it resolved in less than 24 hrs. This is your typical short term rental with not the highest quality beds or furnishings, but it was well stocked with everything we needed. The very short drive to the beach was a big plus.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation during spring break! We had 4 adults and 3 children. The house was perfect and the pool was a big hit for our kids. Great location with a short drive to different beaches and attractions. Would highly recommend!

Christmas Vacation

What a beautiful home. Clean and full of additional items to use at the beach. Loved that it was just down the road from the beautiful Manasota Bearch, kids loved looking for shark teeth. Was able to use the pool which was at 86 degrees. Pleanty of room for the 7 of us. Owner was responsive with all emals and texts. Would strongly recommend this vacation home.

Great Pool

Great house with so much room. Very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature the whole time we were there. Only draw back was the outdoor grill. It needs replaced with a NEW grill.

Glad to read that the house and pool were great. It was also good to hear from the guests during their stay that it was the best house in all the years they had been renting in Florida. The BBQ was replaced as requested immediately with a clean but used one until a suitable new one could be sourced. New BBQ was installed on Feb 1st
