Waterfront Condo in a quiet, boating community. Private boat dock off the bay, and less than a 5 min walk to the ocean. You’ll love the ease of access to the water and the use of our paddle board. We’re 5 mins from the village of Coronado, and 20 mins from downtown San Diego, but chances are you’ll never want to leave the patio and it’s west-facing views. You’ll love the built-in grill and smoker, the custom fire pit table, and the view of Venice-style gondolas passing by.

Please note, the Peloton exercise bike in the pictures has been sold.

In San Diego, there is nothing like the Coronado Cays. From sun-up to sundown, there is something special about living on the water. The morning coffee tastes better, the days ease with beautiful sunset after beautiful sunset, and you're just a short drive to the village of Coronado. It's paradise in San Diego.
