About this property

Modern beach house on foot

We are renting our house for summer 2019.

60 m2 of living space and around 800m2 of garden.
You will not have access to the office on the ground floor or to an upstairs bedroom.

Quietly located house in a hamlet.

We will favor long-term rentals.

The house consists of two bedrooms upstairs:
- 160 × 200 bed
- 90 × 140 bed and 90 × 180 bed
or 4 beds.
If you are 2 adults and a little girl our house is made for you because our daughter leaves some of her games there!

A bathroom upstairs including a bath, a double sink toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven and a dishwasher.

In the garage you will find a washing machine for children's beach games.

The linen is provided.

We have room on our yard to park your vehicle.

The garden is landscaped, available garden furniture table, sun loungers, barbecue.
You will have access to our trampoline as well as to the wooden hut and its slide.

We leave available our bikes a baby carrier and can be a trailer. Two adult bikes and two children's bikes (4/6 years and / or 7/10 years).

A stone's throw away (10 minutes on foot) the fine sandy beach of Rospico and the GR34 for a stroll. 2 minutes by car from Port Manec'h and its grocery store.

You can visit Concarneau, Pont Aven, Quimper and all the beautiful corners of Brittany ...

Our cat will come and see you from time to time, all you have to do is feed it with our kibble. We also have two hens depending on your agreement they will stay in their henhouse otherwise they will also go on vacation!

Maison très bien située, très bien équipée. Accueil et relations avec les propriétaires au top.

Maison moderne, avec toutes les commodités. Située au calme, non loin des plages. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très prévenants. Jules le chat est adorable !
