Large villa not far from Rome (30 min.). Private pool. A beautiful lake (Bracciano) very near (13 min.)
A small village (Monterosi) is just 2 km far.
In NEPI (Via Roma, 01036 Nepi - 5 minutes from the house) you can find a large department store (CARREFOUR) open 24/24.
The position of the villa is very advantageous: it is located about 300 m. above sea level and in summer the heat is not excessive. Rome, which is 30 km away, is well connected with the Via Cassia bis. Viterbo is 35 km away and Lake Bracciano only a 10-minute drive away.

Our Palace North of Rome

From the moment we booked this family home, we had clear open communication with the host - who even came out to greet as at the home. He even took it upon himself to get the pool ready for our children, who were SUPER keen for it. Google did send us to the wrong house but the host came & rescued us. He then graciously oriented us to the split level home. Gave us useful & handy local information (like which train to catch to Rome, yummy restaurant areas to explore) Overall, our stay was extra special & we hope to revisit when possible.

So much potential

The house was dirty with belongings everywhere. The bed sheets and towels were clean but not much else was clean. Not alot of hot water so couldnt use the bath, the pool was an empty hole in the ground. The owner seemed lovely but this is not as advertised

Dear Audrey, I'm sorry about your comment. In the announcement it is very clearly stated that the swimming pool is active from June to September. Your stay was in May and the pool was not in operation. Thank you anyway for your friendly words: "So much potential" and "The owner seemed lovely". Negativ : Das Haus war Dreckig !!! Wir mussten Putzmittel besorgen und es mit 10 Personen erst ein mal sauber machen . Schnaken Hölle !!! WM und KS haben nicht richtig funktioniert und waren auch Dreckig.Wir konten den Pool 4 Tage nicht benutzen da er sich grün gefärbt hat .

Fantastico riposo

Zona molto tranquilla scenario di campagna genuino. La villa è molto comoda luminosa e pulita all’interno, esterno di campagna comunque suggestivo. Prossimità a tutti i servizi. Ottimo per un relax con piscina esclusiva.
