What a lovely house, beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. Very close to the beach and nice restaurants. Family with 4 teenagers aged 18-22 years.

Splendid house

Fully equiped and spacious house with a lovely garden and swimming pool. Really close to the beach, so best of both worlds! Jason is a great host and took us for a great evening surprise. We have rented a dozen houses over the past years; this one is our absolute number one!

Exactly what we needed!

From the minute we arrived Jason was amazing! Welcoming us to his villa, which is exactly what we hoped for. Gorgeous out door space, large open plan living area and gorgeous bedrooms. The place was spotless, with a few welcome gifts, which was a lovely touch. Jason was on hand if we needed, but this was not necessary for us. He sent us a list of recommendations of places to eat, which was a great help. We visited his family hotel the Capao for an amazing meal. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area. Can’t thank Jason enough for an amazing holiday and I know we will be back.

Perfect villa

Rented this property for a short family break of 4 nights, the villa was excellent, location excellent and the the host, Jason, if I could give him more than 5 stars I would, he met us on our arrival and fully explained about the villa, ie security, Wi-Fi etc. Jason also contacted us throughout our stay to check if everything was alright and was on hand to recommend restaurants and places to visit. The villa is exactly as it looks in the listing and is a 5 minute walk to the beach (also beautiful) and about 10 minutes to a shopping area. I cannot recommend this property highly enough

Superbe: plage à pied, maison trÚs agréable et la piscine top!

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon moment. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La piscine et l’extĂ©rieur est top. Jason est un hote exceptionnel: prise de contact Ă  son initiative bien avant notre arrivĂ©e, trĂšs rĂ©actif et arrangeant. Nous vous recommandons fortement cette location! Concernant la localisation: AccĂšs en voiture trĂšs facile. Il faut 5mn Ă  pied pour arriver sur une belle plage. En 10mn Ă  pied vous ĂȘtes au Mail avec des restos et commerces. Pour aller plus loin (Ăźle aux loisirs ou port) il vous faudra prendre un vĂ©lo ou la voiture mais ce n’est vraiment pas un problĂšme.

Perfektes sauberes modernes Haus

Ein schönes 2 Jahre altes modernes Haus, u unmittelbarer Entfernung zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die EigentĂŒmer waren sehr hilfsbereit, immer Ansprechbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, u wird gereinigt. Der Pool ebenso. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schön!

Das Haus ist komfortabel und praktisch. Es verfĂŒgt zusĂ€tzlich ĂŒber WIFI, eine Waschmaschine/Tumbler, eine Soundanlage fĂŒr Smartphones und der Fernseher ist mit Internetzugang (fĂŒr Netflix, usw.). Dies ist in den Ferien nicht unbedingt nötig, aber wir waren trotzdem positiv ĂŒberrascht und haben diese Extras geschĂ€tzt. Der Pool kann abgedeckt werden, was mit kleinen Kindern praktisch ist und das GrundstĂŒck ist komplett eingezĂ€unt. Die Lage ist super, der Strand ist sauber und nur ca. 400-500m entfernt und zur Mail de Rochelongue sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr gut. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wĂŒrden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. (7 Personen: 4 Erwachsene / 3 Kleinkinder)

Une maison trÚs bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Le propriétaire est accueilant et fait en sorte de nous arranger comme il le peut. La maison est trÚs bien situé et à quelque mettre de la plage, une plage superbe. Je conseille fortement.
