Detached 2 Bedroom Villa in El Portet, with large terraces and pool views

Lovely detached villa in El Portet, Moraira with views over shared pool set in beautiful Mediterranean gardens. 15 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach and local amenities. 5 min drive into central Moraira which has many restaurants,marina and another large beach . This is an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday for both couples and families .

The villa enjoys a large sitting room with air conditioning and 2 comfortable sofas and dining area with panoramic views over the communal pool a few steps away. On this level there are two air conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both served by a well equipped shower room. There is a modern kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster and a microwave.

Outside there is an open naya with good shade and a spacious terrace on 2 levels overlooking the communal pool with a gas bbq, sun loungers, sun shades and several tables ,perfect for al fresco dining.

To the front of the villa is a private parking space.

The villa has wifi and English TV with freesat channels.

On the lower level accessed from the terrace there is a utility room with a washing machine and a second fridge to enjoy cold drinks on the terrace.

The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, linen and towels will be provided along with tea towels.

El portet

The villa was perfect everything you would need was there the area was peaceful it is a bit hilly but no problem getting about.El Portet is only a small bay but there is plenty to do with restaurants of ever kind.Would recommended this villa and area for a really good holiday.

Lovely villa in quiet area

Fantastic communication and support from our hosts (but never intrusive). Villa is in a lovely quiet area about a 15 minute walk from El Portet and 20-25 minute walk from Moraira. Shared pool was never too busy (August) and just a few steps away from the villa. Great views over the pines and pool from dining room and terraces. It is a bit hilly, so car recommended, but there are some great walks slightly further up the valley and breathtaking views from Cap d'Or.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt, ist sauber und verfügt ist bestens ausgestattet. Toll ist der Gasgrill. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist fantastisch. Große Pluspunkte sind sowohl der Pool in Sichtweite, sowie das Meer in Laufnähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Super séjour à El Portet

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la villa. Tout y est: Piscine, transat, BBQ, terrasses, climatisation, .... Stéphanie répond rapidement à toutes les questions. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la région. Nous reviendrons.

Un auténtico acierto. La casa es comodísima y la piscina casi siempre vacía. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia en la casa. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Tumbonas, toallas, y todos los utensilios de cocina que desees, etc... Totalmente recomendable.

Cute villa nestled in a tiny valley

Sweet two bedroom villa tucked away at the end of a gravel cul de sack. Very quiet area and a pleasant view from balcony. Took a few trips to get the hang of the route to and from the villa, close by car to Moraira and closer still to El Portet.

Excelente. Las prestaciones de la estancia son perfectas. Todo detalle y no falta de nada. La zona es única. A la cala hay que bajar en coche si vas con niños pequeños por la vuelta fundamentalmente.

Excellent séjour

Merci John et Stéphanie pour cette belle location. Nous avons passé un séjour au calme. La villa est spacieuse, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine est propre et calme. A notre arrivée, des boissons fraîches et du café étaient à notre disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. Les 2 terrasses et la climatisation sont un plus. Les propriétaires ainsi que la personne sur place sont disponibles. La très belle plage d'El Portet se trouve à 15 minutes à pied (activité kayak possible). Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Very nice villa for great holidays

The nice is perfectly equipped with everything you can think you will need. It's located 15 minutes walk from El Portet beach, but also from a dozen other beaches at that same distance by car. Common swimming pool which is almost always empty, very nice neighbours and you even have a BBQ to enjoy a great meal :)

Great holidays! ¡Excelentes vacaciones!

We are a Spanish family (2 adults and 2 girls) and we had enjoyed our stay in this villa. The villa is well equipped, tidy and clean, and the beds are really comfortable. The communication with the owners was excellent; they have been all the time available to our request and answered back very quickly. The proximity to the pool is also an advantage, and there is a nice 15-20 minutes’ walk to the beach. It has sunny and shade terraces to relax while the children enjoy the swimming pool. It is really a wonderful place to spend some days. Somos una familia española (2 adultos y 2 niñas) y hemos disfrutado nuestra estancia en esta villa. La villa está bien equipada, ordenada y limpia, el ambiente es muy agradable, y las camas son extremadamente cómodas. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido excelente (aunque todo en inglés); han estado disponibles todo el tiempo a nuestras consultas y han respondido siempre muy rápidamente. La proximidad a la piscina también es una ventaja, y hay un agradable paseo de 15-20 minutos hasta la playa. Cuenta con terrazas soleadas y con sombra para relajarse mientras los niños disfrutan de la piscina. Es realmente un lugar maravilloso para pasar unos días.

Fantastic!

From start to finish the communication with the owner was outstanding. Having never rented a villa or used this site before, I was always made to feel at ease and the property/location upon arrival was exactly as stated. It was perfect for our little family. This is our 3rd time in El Portet and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. The Villa was well equipped and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was around 30 degrees most days. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. We would definitely recommend this wonderful Villa.

Booking was quick and easy through HomeAway website. Communications with villa owners were excellent. Villa was as described and well equipped. We're a family of 4 with children aged 8 and 10. The swimming pool is in a beautiful setting surrounded by gardens. It took 15/20 mins to walk to El Portet beach/bars/restaurants/supermarket, where you can also pick up the road train to Moraira. We ate out mostly in Moraira, a 10 minute car ride. Good selection of super markets for self catering.

Le lotissement est calme, sans bruits de voisinage, implanté dans un joli cadre de verdure bien entretenu. La piscine collective est spacieuse, propre et la fréquentation est correcte. La maison est à 10 minutes de marche active de la plage du Portet. Excellentes vacances pour nous.
