Gite 3 is a mid terrace three bedroomed Gite that can comfortably sleep five people. It is one of four attractive stone gites formed from a former barn. Located in a peaceful rural area, surrounded by ancient woodland and farmland. There are many beautiful and interesting walks from the house, that have their own charms all year round.

Au Pré Vert has many facilities and activities, all included in the price, to keep people of all ages entertained. There are also lakes and rivers with beaches within a 10 minute drive of the Au Pré Vert offering further options for water fun without any expense. Immerse yourself in the French culture visiting beautiful towns and villages, and exploring the traditional French markets.

Ideally situated for the best attractions of the Dordogne and the Lot regions. There is a popular Pizzeria in the village, less than 10 minutes walk from the gites. Au Pré Vert is 3km from two charming local restaurants, a mini supermarket and a great boulangerie.
Only 10km from Domme and 20km from Sarlat. There is a good range of large supermarkets 10km away at Gourdon and there are weekly markets selling delicious local produce held at the surrounding towns and villages.

Inside, the gite is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, full size oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. All you need for a successful self-catering holiday.

Gite three has a personal garden area directly outside the front of the gite, with two sun loungers, outdoor sitting furniture, quality dining furniture, a large parasol and a safari style canopy. A barbecue is also provided.

There are large grounds shared with the guests staying in the other three gites, with many on-site activities, including swimming pool, football pitch, badminton, mini tennis court, pitch and putt, large trampoline, swings, slide, large sandpit, table tennis, pétanque piste and boules. The table football can be found in the cabin.

There is a large oak framed garden room ideal for relaxing in the shade, with card and board games available, and toys for the younger guests. There is a picnic table with an additional barbecue in the large garden. The gym/weights room can be found opposite the gites and the laundry room with a washing machine, irons and ironing boards behind the garden room.

The large grounds have an open outlook, with peaceful areas for relaxing, including hammocks suspended from oak trees in a secluded corner. Adults and children can have many hours of fun and relaxation with the numerous on-site activities.
Au Pré Vert is the perfect place for your family holiday, having the ideal mix of personal space, and communal areas.
In total a maximum of 17 guests will be staying at any one time, so there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.
