Great Firenze family flat

Loved the Residenza Covoni. We needed a central location for a family visit (we normally stay in San Frediano which is too far for the elder members of the party. The accommodation was very smart and spacious and we absolutely had the best time. Definitely recommended

Residenza Covoni is a fantastic place - pictures don't do justice to the flat. It has everything + the view from the family room window is unforgettable. Location is great to walk to all the main historical sites and museums. Greta and Noemi were fantastic - so helpful and attentive to every detail. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Florence!

We stayed for three nights and could not have had a better experience. The location was perfect. At most a 15 minute walk from any sight in town and shorter to most. The residence was exactly as suggested in the listing. Very comfortable for our group of 2 couples. Could have easily had 1-2 more guests as well. We added the snack and bike tour options and both were perfect. Martina our bike guide was very knowledgeable and shared great stories about the history and art of the city. The bonus of the stay as you see in the pictures is the view of the Duomo especially at night The only MINOR point to be aware of is that the elevator starts one level up so you do need to carry your luggage upstairs that flight. This was no concern for us and we usually just walked up all three flights anyway. We would highly recommend this residence!

The apartment was just as pictured. It was well equipped and I even took advantage of the washer/dryer. The rooms were spacious enough, and beds were comfortable. I wish the a/c could have been turned down more because it got really warm in the apt. It was also a bit noisy at night so we found it hard to sleep. There were earplugs provided but it’s not comfortable sleeping with those on. The host was very responsive when I had a question about the garbage. The bins are about a two minute walk. Overall, the apartment is nice and modern, but the noise at night could make for sleepless nights.

Simply the best

We have enjoyed many VRBO properties. Truthfully, they are rarely as nice as they appear on the site. This property was even more beautiful than it appeared. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, too large when it was just two of us, but in all cases very, very comfortable. Our hosts were ever helpful before and during our stay. They are very proud of the property and keep it up to date and clean. The location is wonderful. We stayed for nearly three weeks and were sad to leave. If you go, please know that you will need to be able to comfortably climb three flights of stairs. The apartment is top floor, 94 stairs to the entry. It is served by an elevator that starts about 30 stairs from entry. Honestly, we enjoyed the challenge, but in 10 years, we may be less able. If you are able, we heartily recommend the property!

What a lovely apartment! Better than the pictures. Andrea met us at the parking garage across the street then took us over and showed us around his wonderfully appointed home. He provided us multiple suggestions, and made himself available for anything we needed. The location is outstanding and walkable to everywhere you would want to visit.
