Here you'll find our private, gated 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an additional separate 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house we call "Serenity Bay". These homes are centrally located on 1 acre of direct Gulf of Mexico oceanfront. View amazing Florida Keys sunsets right off your front porch! The main house has 3 bedrooms with as master suite upstairs that we know you'll fall in love with. The owner has set this home up to give all of her guests the feel of the fabulous Florida Keys while combining all the important elements that our guests look for in a private family vacation home. The separate 1 bed 1 bath guest house is a nice touch for those who need a little more privacy at night but still desire to be "part of the crowd" for all the daily activities. Serenity Bay was set up to provide all our guests with the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

We wanted all of our guests to have a place where they could hold Weddings, Family Retreats, Get-A-Ways and other functions while getting a true appreciation for what the fabulous Florida Keys have to offer! This is SPECIAL PRICING organized by the owner so you will need to see us at Tropical Property Rentals Marathon for all specific details.

IMPORTANT - As of 10/17/20 Grassy Key Marina has amended their dockage policies and dockage is no longer included or Guaranteed. If you are thinking of bringing a boat, or renting one, you NEED to make arrangements with them directly. All dockage is First Come First Serve Now. Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the outdoor space and spent little time inside. The pool was large and heated to a comfortable temperature. It felt very private and secluded, but within walking distance of restaurants, mini-mart and activities. We had a great time!

3 couples stayed, plenty of room & privacy. Excellent pool & hot tub. Kayaking past The Dolphin Institute w a short trek into the mangroves a short paddle away. Loved the fire table as our stay the weather didn't cooperate but the outside spaces saved the vacation.

We loved our stay. The pool is perfect- shaded somewhat by the palm trees which was great during the day. And beautiful landscaping and lighting made the patio the perfect place to hang out. House was really nice and sunsets were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

You Won’t Want to Leave the Property 🌴☀️

The pictures really don’t do this place justice! The backyard area is unreal and the views are breathtaking. The house was the perfect size for my family of 8 adults and 1 baby. The separate cottage worked out perfectly for the baby and us! Also really enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. Highly recommend.

My family (10 of us) stayed here for a week to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I don’t think the place could have been any nicer or more accommodating. The outdoor space, the pool, the volleyball court, and the sunsets were just perfect. The house truly sleeps 10 with room to spare.

Beautiful property, fabulous time!!

We had a fantastic stay. The outdoor areas including the pool and hot tub are so beautiful. The views from the kitchen and living room are breathtaking. There are a few areas inside that could use a little refresh but we truly spent every waking minute outside so that didn’t matter. And the property manager, Guy, was so friendly and very responsive. All in all, a really memorable week!

We stayed here in winter with 3 families. The outdoor space is beautiful, with stunning sunsets and privacy. The home had plenty of room for our group. Unfortunately for us, the negatives outweighed the positives. Before our trip, I confirmed with the host the pool would be heated and hot tub would be heated to hot tub temps due to cold Feb outside temps. I was assured they would be. What we were not told is that the pool heater shuts off when temperatures drop below 55F, which happened often during our stay. As a result, we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub most of the week. We also only learned upon arrival that the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time, which was tough for a group of 9 wanting to use the pool or hot tub at different times. There was no heat in the downstairs bedrooms, making those rooms very uncomfortable. The host said heat would be provided for us, but it never was. The home needs a deep clean. Kitchen items were dirty, there was heavy dust on fans and rafters, the couch smelled musty, and the guest house felt damp. We also saw a roach. There were several maintenance issues: washer not working at first, dishwasher problems, slow oven, water leaks, and unannounced repair visits. Communication with host became extremely rude and dismissive with frequent comments about “not being able to control the weather” the weather was not the issue, we knew it would be cold, the issue was the lack of clear disclosure and unmet promises.

If you have a family “chef” with you, they may think the kitchen supplies are a bit lacking but if you've stayed at as many VRBO’s as we have, that can be expected. The bedrooms were fine. Communication with the agent was excellent. The exterior amenities is where this place shines. An incredible pool with spa. Private beach area with fire pit. Awesome gulf views. Awesome sunset views. Outdoor seating area, etc. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Plenty of places for kids to play or places for adults to relax

Beautiful Sunsets

The outdoor oasis that this home offers is perfect. We enjoyed amazing sunsets every evening. The house itself could use a bit of a refresh, but we spent all of our time outside so it really didn't bother us. The property manager was super friendly and quick to respond to all of our needs. Amazing stay in the Keys

We had an amazing time in the Keys! The house and location were perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 6-8 who could have stayed a month! We fished from the dock, saw all sorts of great wildlife and spent countless hours in the pool. The outdoor living area was spacious and the house was extremely well equipped. The location was great with food close enough to walk to or you could easily buzz to dinner up or down the keys. We have already discussed another trip to this house!

Fantastic property. We were a bit concerned at booking because of potential for noise from the marina nearby. This was not an issue at all - no noise at all and the property feels like an isolated oasis, completely surrounded by tropical foliage. Location is convenient to everything. The property was clean, spacious, and well appointed. One minor issue with one of the AC units was addressed quickly and efficiently. We were completely satisfied with our stay, would definitely recommend, and will definitely consider staying again in the future.
