Independent house renovated in 2014, and air conditioned in Vinassan; small village in the south with shops. 11 km from the sea and 6 km from Narbonne.

The house is pleasantly furnished for 8/10 people, it is located in the center of the village and has a large garden with a private swimming pool (8 x 4). This house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with open kitchen equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Senseo) living room (large flat screen) and dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds, and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Attic of 30 m2 with 4 single beds.
