This upscale home is on one of several hillside neighborhoods that make Yachats the charming seaside village it is. A short walk to the Yachats wayside park for strolling along the sandy bay. Also just a short distance to the heart of the village with quaint shops and great restaurants, not to mention the friendliest and laid back atmosphere. This home offers one bedroom with a king bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a sofa that pulls out into a sleeper sofa. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time to Bella Vista, and my husband's first time. We really like it. We have two suggestions: the toilet seat in the smaller bathroom needs to be replaced. It is heavy and crashes down, spoiling the bathroom experience. And the kitchen entrance is very handy but a hand rail would be very helpful.

The house and location were awesome. Close to town and the view is incredible. Kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill for dinner one night. The only issue was that both mattresses were on the softer side and the bedding overall could use a refresh. Other than that the place was great!

Awesome quiet location with a beautiful view. Patio furniture would be an awesome addition as well as better indoor seating but hey.. look at that view! The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. We would love to return here over and over again :)

House Was In A Great Area

Quiet with a fantastic view. Property was very clean and well equipped. From the window we saw Hummingbirds, Bats, Ground Squirrels and the tail end of a Racoon.

Beautiful view

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Things that could improve our stay would have been more hot water so we could fill the bathe tub more that 1/4 full. We feel if they had an outdoor hit tub it would have made our stay perfect. Al & all it was enjoyable.

The Interior of the house is comfortable, clean, and functional. But the outside..... the view from the picture windows and balcony....... It elevated our vacation from a lovely stay to a luxury high end experience. Unforgettable.

Even nicer than photos!

Views did not disappoint! Lush gardens and beautiful sunsets overlooking Yachats and the ocean. Convenient location but quiet and private. House was lovely, bigger and nicer than I expected. BYO shampoo etc., which the instructions are clear about. They include paper products and linens and stuff.
