Hello my name is Barrett and i am very happy you are taking a look at my Bungalow. I am a General Contractor and Landlord. Doing Vacation rentals wasn't something i thought about until a couple of years ago. Since i have started i have really enjoyed the process and taking care of guests. I have lived in Tampabay for 10 years and will never leave. I know this area very well so don't hesitate if you are looking for something to do and need advise. I spend a lot of time exploring the area.

Why they chose this property

My properties are in nice locations and i undercut the competition. These are two ideas i make sure of when i want someone to decide in my favor. I believe in giving people a bargain for what they are getting. I think you will leave after your stay happy about the money you are spending. I also live in all of the spaces before i list them. This property meets my approval and i think you will feel the same way.

What makes this property unique

When i first started living at this property i enjoyed the location, functionality, 10' ceilings and private backyard the most. If you are coming to visit Ybor then you have found an excellent place to stay. If you are here for other reasons I-4 and 275 are right around the corner. The house has a functional floor plan which will allow for 6 guests to sleep comfortably and two full baths. I haven't lived any where that had 10' ceilings before. This made a huge impression on how i felt in the space. It also keeps the home cooler. If you want to sit outside and have privacy you can do that in the back yard. The backyard has a large covered porch too. If you want to watch whats going on in Cuscaden park then sit on the front porch. These are just a few reasons why i think this property is special.
