The hosts are friendly and helpful. The house is spacious and well maintained. The property is surrounded by farms but it is only a 10 minute drive to stores. We loved using the huge fireplace on cool evenings.

A M A Z I N G........
When we first arrived our hosts where waiting for us and gave us a guided tour of the property, nothing was too much to ask. The house was well decorated and well furnished. We took our two border collies and they where as welcomed. There was nothing that we needed extra throughout our weeks stay. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. Very remote, which suit a very welcome break for both couples. We had some enjoyable meals on both sides of the house, depending where the sun was! Plenty of hot water for showers, including one near the pool. Easy to use washing machine and plenty of fridge space, also a BBQ/Grill under cover. Romantic lighting under the balcony for evening drinks & meals too. We would highly recommend this venue to everyone, a clean well presented property. We will be back.....5*****

The property was charming. However the quality was poor, linen packs extremely costly and very poor quality. Many broken items, glasses, chipped China, trays, sun umbrellas and pool umbrellas.
The outside dining areas were dirty with cigarette ends uncleared from previous tenants. No care taken with this type of presentation.
Bedrooms with mezzanine unventilated, with no privacy or windows. Not really as described.
2 showers leaked so were not used again.
Communication with host good, and showers fixed after we left.
We had a good holiday nonetheless, the sun shone etc
Fantastic stay at Grand Claud, nothing more than awesome in everything about this property, location and surroundings...OMG, beautiful and quiet, so much character within the farmhouse...I have no more words, definitely we will be back soon!!!
