About this property

Special villa, in a private location, heated pool, cable TV, high speed fibre

Welcome to our holiday home in the sun, located at Vale da Telha in the heart of the Costa Vicentina National Park just 5 miles from the old Moorish town of Aljezur and a 60 minute drive from Faro airport. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by wonderful countryside and magical beaches. The local beach of Praia da Amoreira was voted by the UK's Times newspaper as Europe's best beach and when the surf is up you can hear the waves breaking on the shoreline from the villa.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, family bathroom with the master bedroom having its own on suite and sleeps six adults. The lounge / dining room is of good proportions being both well-furnished and equipped. The high vaulted ceilings ensure that the villa remains cool during the summer months when temperatures are regularly in the 30's.

Wi-Fi connectivity is provided as is a DVD player and satellite TV (SKY) providing all UK channels, Sky movies, Sports, MTV and Disney channels. Programs are available in multiple lanugages including German, French Italian, Portuguese & Spanish. Amazon & Netflix are available via our LG 50" Smart TV with soundbar. The hi-fi has connectivity for an iPod or iPhone. There is also a remote blue-tooth speaker that can be paired to your smart device and used outside.

Outside there is a beautiful south facing heated pool which has six sun loungers with cushions, dinning table, chairs and comfortable rattan furniture providing further seating for four. The seating area is shaded by two large awnings. There is a fully equipped BBQ area with all the tools you would expect. Inside the garage there are an assortment of sports equipment for the pool, beach and two adult bicycles.

Additional Benefits: room fans, travel cot, high chair.

The kitchen is both modern and very well equipped and includes a gas hob, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience. The work surfaces are imported Italian granite.

Prior to buying Casa Vida Nova we rented a number of villas in the area and believe that the design and location of the villa will ensure that you have a comfortable, relaxing and highly enjoyable stay.

The villa has an official rental license and is regularly inspected..

Excellent and relaxing villa

We all very much enjoyed our holiday at this beautiful villa. The pool area was spacious with plenty of seating areas and BBQ. The whole of the villa was well equipped and clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay.

The facilities are excellent, from the pool, well equipped kitchen, spacious and comfy bedrooms and fulll multi media access, this villa excels. You need a car but the local bars, restaurants and beaches are brilliant. By far the best villa we have ever stayed in.

Wir waren im September 2025 mit einem Kleinkind hier. Bei der Ankunft haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten nicht ganz gestimmt, aber wir haben das direkt offen und nett kommuniziert – und die Gastgeber sind sofort gekommen und haben alles gelöst. Genau so wünscht man sich das: dass man sich kümmert und die Zufriedenheit der Gäste an erster Stelle steht. Sehr nett alles!Was wirklich der Hammer war: die Küchenausstattung! Normalerweise muss man in Ferienhäusern fast alles von Null einkaufen, aber hier war einfach alles da – von Öl, Salz, Kaffee bis hin zu einer tollen Auswahl an Gewürzen und vielen weiteren nützlichen Dingen. Außerdem reichlich Töpfe, Gläser, Teller usw. Auch Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden – sogar mit Tabs und Waschpulver. Wirklich super!Das Grundstück war absolut privat, niemand konnte hineinschauen. Es gab einen Smart-TV (das Internet war nicht ganz so schnell wie beschrieben, aber für uns am Ende nicht wichtig). Die Betten waren gemütlich, das Haus groß und sehr komfortabel. Auch die Lage hat uns begeistert. Pool groß und cool.Vielen Dank – absolut wohlverdiente 5 Sterne!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette super maison très bien équipée! Rien ne manquait. C’est la 5e fois que nous louons à Vale da Telha et cette maison est de loin la préférée de toute la famille. La piscine chauffée est un très gros plus. Super séjour!

Großzügige Villa mit schönem Pool im Vale da Thela

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Vale da Thela etwa 10 Km entfernt von Aljezur. Es befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet mit großzügigen Grundstücken. Trotz eines angrenzenden Nachbargrundstücks genießt man hier seine Privatsphäre. Der nächste Strand ist etwa 4 Km entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Keysafe. Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir mit dem Eigentümer Kontakt per eMail und mit der Hausverwalterin per WhatsApp. Die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit großen Zimmern und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schränken der Schlafzimmer. Alles ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber gewesen. Auch die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit Pool. Dieser ist beheizt und groß genug um ein paar Runden zu schwimmen oder mit den Kindern darin zu spielen. Zeitweise waren einige Stechmücken im Haus unterwegs. Dank der elektrischen Fliegenklatsche, die ebenfalls zur Ausstattung gehört konnten wir uns helfen. Einige Fenster haben Fliegengitter, jedoch nicht alle. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Well equipped villa.

We had a great stay in the villa. It is very well set up with everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool and garden area were great with comfortable seating and dining areas. There are lots of beaches to explore nearby and we went to Lagos for a couple of day trips when the weather was cloudy at the villa.

Beautiful villa - immaculately clean and comfortable.

Modern, clean with all the amenities you could wish for. A wonderful villa within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and activities. Internet & TV excellent as well. Only fly in the ointment were the barking dogs opposite from far too early in the mornings. Any jogger, walker set them off. Seriously annoying when lazing on a warm morning. But that was us - may not be an issue for others or in other weeks.

Glorious Coastline

The property was spotless and well equipped , especially with extras like umbrella for the beach and boogie board , which was very helpful . Pool lovely and outside sitting area for lunch and evening under the awning . Lots of beautiful local coves and beaches within striking distance . Had a couple of visits from the local turkey but was gently persuaded off the property . Pool and absolute pleasure in the heat . Great communication and everything catered for , Thankyou for a lovely stay .

Another relaxing stay

This is our second stay in this beautiful villa which is well equipped throughout with a fantastic pool area with bbq & plenty of seating. There are couple of bars/restaurants & small shop nearby within walking distance & plenty to drive to & the beaches are so stunning. The only negative was a week isn’t long enough & we really wanted to stay longer. Thank you again for another fantastic holiday.

Great exterior (pool place) & kitchen

Stayed in August/21. House has a very welcoming exterior on the back of the house with silence, wind stopper bushes, 2 seating places (1 with table of 6 for meals; 1 smaller for sunsets) and a nice pool and barbecue to have a great time. Kitchen is big which allows very interesting occasions for the groups. We definitely recommend this house

The house is perfectly serving it’s purpose! It is roomy for 5, clean, well equipped and has a nice pool/terrace area. Steve & Linda are very friendly hosts, communicate fast and to the point. From the house, you can easily reach (by car) the surrounding beaches of Monte Clerigo, Arrifana, Amoreira, etc.

Ferias Fantasticas

É uma casa espaçosa com óptimas condições, bem equipada, zona exterior espectacular para apanhar sol, tomar refeições no exterior ou simplesmente ler um bom livro sempre com a piscina em destaque que tem um bom tamanho. Boa internet e televisão. Zona muito calma e sossegada. Espero voltar !

Bom serviço ao cliente em termos de comunicação. Propriedade muito limpa e muito bem equipada. Apenas faltava máquina de lavar louça, situação que o proprietário me informou que iria ser um investimento a curto prazo. Se assim for esta propriedade será uma referência para a zona geográfica.
