This delightful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house accomodates up to 6 guests and offers plenty of living space and a private patio garden. Just moments from the nearest tube station and the River Thames, you are well located to reach the sights of London.

On this floor you will find the generous living space and access to the private patio garden.

SITTING ROOM
The sitting room at the front of the house is spacious and bright and offers a comfortable sitting area consisting of 2 sofas, a chair, a coffee table and a TV.

SECOND SITTING ROOM with study area
Adjoining the main sitting room, is a second sitting area perfect for working and relaxing with a book, featuring a desk nicely placed by the windows, a library and a comfortable blue sofa. The room is decorated with pieces of artwork.

DINING ROOM
The dining area fitted with a table for 6, cabinets and lovely artwork animating the space.

KITCHEN
Adjoining this room is the bright and spacious kitchen offering all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, including fridge/freezer, gas hobs, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The washing machine is also located here.

PRIVATE PATIO GARDEN
The private patio can be accessed from the kitchen’s back doors and is carefully decorated with plants, featuring a table and chairs perfect for meals al fresco.

FIRST FLOOR
On this floor you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom and a study.

BEDROOM ONE
This bedroom is fitted with a double bed, bedside tables, shelves and a wardrobe.

BEDROOM TWO
The second bedroom on the is located on the first floor and features 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There are also some toys here, perfect for those traveling with children.

This lovely bathroom is fitted a single wash basin, a WC and a walk-in shower.

A lot of love in this house

We absolutely loved this house. The atmosphere was warm (actually boiling since we've been going through a heatwave!) and welcoming, from the family photos in the front hall to the books stuck into every nook and cranny. It's a family home and it shows. It's also only a five minute walk from the Tube, and Putney Bridge, Putney and Fulham High Streets, and Fulham Palace are just a few minutes more away. Being an old house, there are a few quirks, but we feel that we were privileged to have been able to stay in this house this summer.

Live like a Londoner

The property is a lovingly lived-in multi-floor house that is wonderfully located very close to the Putney Bridge tube station and the hussle and bustle of Putney (about 8 mins walk across the river) and a great range of shops & restaurants within 3-4 mins at the end of New King's Road. Inside, the house has plenty of space and room to spread for 6 guests over many rooms on three floors. While some may find it rather archaic and pokey, we were very happy with what I can only describe as its 'British quirkiness'. This is a place where you can feel like you're living as a local!

Family of 5

This was our first trip to London and this was a great home base. We are a family of five so this worked well. Just know that there are three floors. We ate nearby and had great pizza, Indian food. Our first day we did a short walk over to Bishop park and got acquainted with the metro location. Each day after we explored a new part on London. The metro is a short 5 minute walk and about 20 to 30 minutes away from most London attractions. This is a family neighborhood so we always felt safe. Great little area to explore and within a couple of days Putney Bridge felt like home.

A lovely home

We had a terrific time here, despite a couple of snags. The closest underground line was closed for the first three days, so that was an inconvenience-no one’s fault, but we didn’t know that until we tried for a ride. We wish we were informed earlier. The second floor shower had a leak onto the first floor, and we were trying to be good renters and reported it immediately, and when the maintenance person came the next day, they couldn’t find a problem. At the same time, the top floor shower’s pump needed to be reset for the shower to work, but it wouldn’t even with the instructions we were given so we could only use the leaky shower and we piled towels to try to stop the leaking. The maintenance guy came back a second time the day after and and fixed both showers, so that was good. The management company was very responsive to all of our questions. As for the house, it was the perfect size for our stay. We were two adults and three teens and the bedroom setup was perfect. We also enjoyed the garden very much. Thank you for letting us enjoy this home!

Great place to stay in London

The place was lovely. Our only complaints: - we had two showers. Second floor and third floor. The second floor shower leaked onto the first floor, and we were trying to be good renters and we reports it immediately. The problem was we couldn’t use the third floor shower because even though we reset the pump per instructions; it didn’t work so we lined the floor with towels. When the maintenance guy can back the next day he found no problems. But it continued to leak. He came back the next day and resealed the second floor shower but the third floor shower still didn’t work. He came back again and was able to fix the third floor shower so the rest of the stay was fine. We chose the place because of the two showers so it was inconvenient but eventually was fine. - the district underground was shut down the first three days of our stay which means we hired many Uber cars. We would have liked to know that ahead of time because the closeness to the underground was one of the reasons we chose this rental.
