We had a fantastic stay at Westbrook. It was lovely and quiet and it was perfect as only a short walk to the shops and beach.

Fabulous!
We enjoyed a fabulous week at the cottage. Beautifully clean and perfectly situated for the beach and high St. Another bonus is the small drive which was a godsend during a very busy week in Sheringham.

Really great, lovely little cottage
Nothing negative to say, spot on for a stay in sheringham .
Close enough to everything for easy access, far enough to be nice and quiet.
The property was clean and well supplied with everything you need. It is conveniently located within a short walk to the Sheringham Town Centre.

Sweet little cottage
Lovely little cottage, super location for a beach holiday. Were able to walk everywhere and train / bus for further away adventures with my grandson . Would definitely book again .
Great location, great sized property, bigger than you think it is going to be! Only down side was the access to the property with the car, extremely narrow road and our car wouldn't fit on the drive. Sheringham is a lovely place to stay.

All as described on line.
Ideally situated - well presented. Kitchen requires a cafeteria! But we had our own.

Great position needs a little TLC especially outside
We loved the position of this cottage so close to the sea and town and it was great to have the parking area. Comfy and clean inside. Outside lots of brambles had grown at front and large weeds and cobwebs near back door. Windows outside needed a bit of a clean . Spotless inside

Nice place, but a few changes would improve it
We enjoyed staying at Westbrook, Regis Place. It is a small townhouse ideal for a couple or a family with up to two children. It was cosy, with good heating, comfortable furniture, and well supplied with kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. Wifi and TV were great. The two disappointments were the main bed and the shower. The main bed was only a double in a room that could fit a king size bed with plenty of space left over. Moreover, the metal bed ends make it quite uncomfortable for anyone 6 feet tall or more. Similarly, you would have to be 4 foot, 6 inches to fit under the shower head, which seems a bizarre choice. A change to those two things would have made the place perfect.

Perfectly placed
The cottage was at the end of a road which was a few minutes walk from the sea. It is easier to access via Beeston Road so you miss the busy High Street. The cottage itself was very comfortable and the outside area was very useful in the warm weather. The kitchen was mainly in a very good condition but the freezer part of the fridge had its door missing. It is very well equipped in case of the need to go downstairs in the dark. The car parking space is small but very handy. I think the neighbours have had problems with people parking and turning in their property but we had no problem. We had a very enjoyable week.

Good location
Stayed here for 5 nights, as it was the end of September the parking space wasn’t as much of a big win as it would have been if we had stayed there in June as the town was reasonably quiet. We were able to reverse our family car onto the drive no problem. There is a bollard/post on the drive to avoid others parking on it but we were never able to lock it and a neighbour told us that all the time it’s been in situ no one apart from the cleaner has been able to use it. Lounge is comfortable but there is no Smart TV which makes evening entertainment a bit dull if you are home early. Dining room is good. There is an outside space but it doesn’t look very appealing there is no garden, even in midsummer we would not use it as we’d be out so again no issue for us. Kitchen is good, a new bread knife wouldn’t go amiss! We don’t cook it’s eating out, takeaways or salads so we never used the cooker or the microwave only the toaster and the kettle. The toaster is great it’s the best one we’ve used in a cottage. I’d appreciate a blind on the kitchen window, bathroom and landing as you are surrounded by houses and would just make the house feel a little bit warmer, especially in winter. Bathroom is ok we are both tall so had to really duck low to get under the shower head, water was always hot. The towels were good quality but no bath sheets, we always bring one. Upstairs the main bedroom is clean and spacious but we found the mattress way to soft for us personally and the bed was creaky so we slept in the single beds in the back bedroom, we both found this quite amusing and were grateful for another option. House and street are quiet and very residential so no noise at night. Depending on the price next year we would book again and thank you for keeping the property so clean it’s really appreciated.

Came for the 1940s weekend which we enjoyed.
There was a lot to like about this property as it was clean and comfortable, in an excellent location, and benefitted from having its own parking space.
We don't wish this to seem negative but as mentioned to agent there were a few things that would have made the property a better experience.
There were no lids provided for any of the saucepans.
No blinds on kitchen/bathroom or landing windows. You had to walk through kitchen at night to access bathroom so a blind would have been welcomed. Also surprised no extractor fan in the bathroom.
Crockery was put back in cupboards dirty by previous holidaymakers and slo broken items were put back in cupboards by previous holidaymakers. ie. mug/jug, so do cleaners check these aspects? Not nice to have to wash up on arrival.
This would not stop us though from booking this property again.

Bleak House
Very disappointing.
Death-trap bathroom, no non-slip bath mat or any grab rails.
Only heating in bathroom is from heated towel rail which totally inadequate.
Black mould and unstuck tiles round back door.
Paint around dining room window flaking.
Bedrooms furnished to bare minimum.

Our Stay
We enjoyed our stay here but found a few essentials missing. Would have been great to have a hoover or at least a broom to keep the floors cleans. We stayed for 2 weeks and with two young children the floors quickly became sandy downstairs. Would have also been handy to have a bigger clothes airer or a rotary washing line in the unused courtyard and also an oven glove.
The property was clean throughout and was great to have towels and bedding included. Knowing the area well having a parking space was brilliant.
Satisfactory. Would stay again. Location for town and sea excellent.

Constructive Review
Ample room for 4 people even though there were only 2 of us. Comfortable beds and also lounge. Stairs are very steep. Ample equipment in kitchen, although we did miss an ice cube tray as supermarkets ran out of ice during heat wave. Outside space was a disappointment, brick walls and concrete with a small shabby table and just 2 chairs, Will become even worse if next door property receives planning consent to put a second storey on the rear extension. Rear yard needs some imaginative paintwork and proper outdoor furniture. Parking at side of property will accommodate a large car, although rear camera and parking sensors do help. Only 2 minutes walk from seafront and 5 mins from high Street shops and eateries.

Would stay again
This cottage is lovely, it is ideally located for both the beach and the town. The parking space is a great bonus
It has everything you need and is clean and comfortable..
It just needs a little bit of TLC here and there, the courtyard is limited, lovely and sunny but not set out very well.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.
Nicely done up cottage in a good location with lovely bedlinen and towels. Good welcome pack.

Lovely holiday cottage
A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The kitchen was excellent with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Nice bathroom with good shower. As it is an old traditional home the staircase was steep but had a very secure handrail . The cottage is very conveniently placed for easy access to the beach and the many shops. Only a 10 min walk to the railway station to ride on the steam train. I would definitely recommend this holiday home.

So convenient
This far exceeded my expectations. It was thoughtfully decorated & equipped (there was even a DVD player which we weren't expecting) & spotlessly clean. Both the parking & outside space were a real plus - lovely to sit out with an early cuppa. By cutting through cliff road car park you are literally minutes from the sea. I should have liked a little more hanging space- just 2 of us & we filled it all up but there were plenty of drawers & also lots of cupboard space in the kitchen which you don't always get in self catering.

A lovely week in October
We really enjoyed staying in this house in October half term. Sherringham is a lovely seaside town, with beautiful beaches and lots to do at all times of year. The house is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Sherringham and the sea. It has its own parking, which is really useful. Inside, it was clean and comfortable.
It's a pretty, well-appointed little house with lovely views of gardens from the back and we really enjoyed our week.
