With 2 bedrooms (a queen and two twin beds) and 1 bathroom (shower unit), this completely renovated cottage is 740 square feet. Cottage is bright and airy with an open concept. Modern kitchen has all new appliances. Outdoor patio for grilling, dining and relaxing. All bedding and linens are provided. Outdoor shower too! Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels and beach chairs. Furnished garage makes an excellent hangout. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, ice cream shop and shopping!

Living in the Easton Point neighborhood for the last 20 years, we purchased this nearby cottage last summer. After a family demo and total rehab, it is now ready to be rented. We have thoroughly enjoyed the renovation and know you will too.
Why they chose this property
Cottage is located in desirable Easton's Point neighborhood, close to downtown Newport, local beaches, restaurants and many other attractions. This is a quaint costal community where you can smell the salt water and hear the waves crash. Property provides wonderful indoor and outdoor living space.
