We had a fantastic 2 week stay at Villa Binillor

Check in was very easy, the villa was tastefully decorated, very clean and well equipped. The hosts were also very responsive to any queries we had. The location is very private and a short walk to great swimming spots and all the restaurants and amenities of Binibeca. Highly recommend.

Lovely holiday home near the sea, perfect for familiesgroups of friends.

Great location, very near the sea and walking distance to 2 beaches and local shops The beds were a bit small and the sheets were a bit uncomfortable.

On arrival the Villa was spotless with a nice welcome pack. Surprised to find 2nd bathroom had been updated and was better than pictures. Might be beneficial topictures. Villa spacious and well equipped and closer to amenities than expected. Would definitely stay again.

The location is unbeatable, in easy walking distance to restaurants and swimming spots. It would be very helpful to have a large bottle of water available on arrival, given the tap water is undrinkable and it’s not always possible to get to a store immediately. Some other kitchen basics would be good too - some foil/plastic wrap for food.

We loved this place

Loved this place and the neighborhood so much, would definitely stay in the area again if in Menorca. Walking to great beaches, restaurants, very quiet. Streets are tight but parking space was easy to get into. We were three people and it was more than enough room. This is a more rustic side away from the more developed part of Binibeca Nou, but we loved that. It is dark at night so use flashlights if walking home.

The house is well maintained and just steps to the ocean. Great pool and beautiful terrace to relax. Great water pressure and good hot water. Super nice detail the welcome basket with Menorcan specialties ! Overall, it is a great rental and I would recommend it to anyone for a little piece of paradise and tranquility. The only comment is the house could use some updates in the bathroom and kitchen as it is outdated.

Very Family Friendly

Location was great Very Family Friendly The fridge in kitchen is quite old and did not work very well. Kettle in kitchen would not turn off when boiling water and became very hot to touch. You needed a cloth to not burn your hands

Fabulous villa in quiet location

Lovely villa with all that one could wish for. Spacious for us four (a bedroom each). Fabulous aircon in the bedrooms once we worked it out! Very helpful agent. Lovely clean pool. Quiet area. Excellent Thai restaurant within walking distance. Also close to Binibeca Vell for a visit. Recommend a hire car, and a trip to Fornells and Ciutadella. Great food and beach at Punta Prima too 😎 Not within the owner’s control, but be aware that the flightpath to the airport is sometimes overhead by day. Didn’t bother those of us from cities, but the others from rural areas found it stopped conversation each time!

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, con unas vistas increíbles, muy bien equipado y se ajusta a la descripción. Nuestro anfitrión nos facilitó varias semanas antes una página web en la que se detallaba todo: el alojamiento, los alrededores, las excursiones que se pueden hacer, el acceso a las llaves. Recomendamos este alojamiento.

A wonderful, peaceful perfect villa!

My husband, toddler and I spent a week here, and it was fantastic. Great location for swimming off the rocks, and listening too the waves in the evening. We will be back.

Jolie maison typique dans un cadre agréable

L’emplacement de la maison et top et dans quartier résidentiel très calme et sécurisé. Très jolie maison menorcaise avec a proximité une jolie plage et une crique. Cependant nous avons trouvé dommage que certaines choses de base ne soient pas fournies dans la maison surtout pour un court séjour.(épices, sucre, lessive, sacs poubelle…). L’entreprise qui gère la villa est très réactive et c’est appréciable

Perfecte, la realitat supera les expectatives de les fotografies un lloc preciós i molt tranquil la casa impecable i l'empresa que la gestiona un 10 o recomano 100%. L´últim cop que vaig esta a Menorca fa 17 anys voldria felicitar a la gent de l´illa per conservar aquesta joia del mediterrani de l´especulació urbanística i de la neteja ,està impecable tot.

LUGAR PARA VOLVER

La ubicacion i zona muy tranquila i agradable. La casa todo muy correcto. El menaje cosina muy bien. Servicio lenceria muy bien. Lo único que echamos en falta és algun elemento de bateria de cocina,como una cazuela para cocinar para ocho personas. Luz en la parte posterior de la casa i laterals. La zona de parking quedaba oscura.
