Master bedroom and bath is on the upper level. All three levels have sliding glass doors with a deck. The second and third bedrooms are in the middle level. There are two bathrooms on this level. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, and a half bathroom. Rich, hardwood floors throughout the house.
Fantastic ocean views, quiet location, and a short walk to the lake make this a great spot for a relaxing get away!
This is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed on the outside patios or inside.

This was our third year, staying at this property and we love it. The place has everything you need for cooking and washing laundry. It is so convenient to the beach as you just walk out the door and the walkway is right there. The location is close to all of the things one would like to do in a short distance to the veggie wagon, which is one of our absolute favorite places.

Great stay! Great location. Beach access and parking were amazing. Condo is well stocked. Views from top floor are amazing. Right in front of life guard stand. So much space for large groups and 3.5 bathrooms were great. Would use cation if you have young kids or struggle with stairs, but it was perfect for our party! Will definitely look to book again.

We had a great stay and loved the location. The place isn't very toddler friendly -- there are a lot of stairs.The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've ever had on vacation, and we loved sitting on the balconies in the mornings. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and the lake park as well as the boardwalk and being so close to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful space and beachy feel. Awesome view from upper two floors. May have changed time of visit had we known the beach restoration pipe would be on the beach - perhaps give a heads up on that. Between all the stairs in the unit and the two “mountains” to get to the water definitely not for people with mobility problems and stairs would be scary for young kids. Nice patios on every floor. Easy walk to eat and boardwalk. Sad to see rides dismantled though. Convenient parking and proximity to beach access.

Great location, affordable

Nice place, great location. Nothing fancy just a good spot for a long weekend. Parking is tight, Condo is right beside the public access. We will stay here again.
