License: VFT / MA / 18145. This apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The sofa bed for two people is in the living room, where the viewpoint occupies the entire south wall, there is also the dining table and a built-in cupboard with cleaning supplies, first aid kit and shopping cart. There is 1 bathroom with shower and an American type kitchen but away from the living area.
The minimum occupation throughout the year is TWO nights. There are two TVs: in the bedroom and in the living room. It has fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine ... includes sets of sheets and towels. It is IMPORTANT to bear in mind that Benalmádena has an irregular relief of mountainous character with strong slopes and slopes and that this apartment is very close to the beach, so there is hardly any unevenness.

Super clean apartment ideally located for benalmadena Costa This apartment is exactly as advertised. Benalmadena is renowned for the long treks up hill to accommodation but this is a short walk to the beach.

La mer était visible du salon et de la table à manger .Maria est très disponible et nous a tenu au courant des activités du carnaval.Oui il y a des côtes à monter mais c’est bon pour le cardio et développe de belle jambes .Il y a une ascenseur dans le bloc ,pratique après une journée dehors.Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans le logis ,pas de sécheuse mais une corde à linge à l’extérieur.Endroit tranquille et propre .J’y suis resté 10 semaines et j’y retournerais sans hésité.Johanne

Feb 2020 stay

First class apartment and Maria gave us a very warm welcome and in fact became the perfect host. Everything we wanted was there, everything we wanted to know Maria was there to advise us.. The apartment is in an ideal position , easy to get around on foot or local buses that stop a couple of hundred yards away and the beach front is also a gentle stroll, 10 mins max. We would defiantly look to book again, can't recommend the apartment highly enough. The only mini , really mini down side is the walk up from the beach , it's a touch on the steep side, then again we are both on the wrong side of 65!!!!!! Book it you will not be disappointed.

Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Meerblick sehr gut.

Wir haben selten eine so saubere Unterkunft im Urlaub gehabt. Die Vermieterin war per whatsapp immer im Kontakt zu uns und hatte uns bei Ankunft empfangen. Der Meerblick der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist für spanische Verhältnisse sehr ruhig. Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung war sehr präzise.

*Brenda and Martin are fantastic guests. They have left the perfect apartment (clean and organized) was a breakdown in a household appliance that I could not fix then and they did not care. As people are wonderful. I recommend them 200% *Brenda y Martin son huéspedes fantásticos. Han dejado el apartamento perfecto, limpio y ordenado. Wonderful Apartment

When we got there Maria was there to meet us and show us the apartment.It certainly had the wow factor when you walked in.It's beautiful with stunning views. There was everything you needed to make your stay perfect.Maria contacted us the next day to see if there were any problems or if we needed anything. The sea was a five minute walk but if you didn't want to go to the beach there was a pool. It was fifteen minutes from the Marina.Buses ran regularly taking you further a field. Restaurants and supermarkets were in easy reach with plenty of choice and if you have forgotten anything there is a small shop at the end of the building. Over all we had a fabulous time and will certainly be going back. Sue Steve Edwards.

Wonderful Apartment

We only stayed for one evening unfortunately because it was a beautiful apartment with a fantastic sea view just next to the beach. Maria was very helpful and everything was just as we needed. I would definitely recommend this for a break by the sea.

El apartamento es divino, las vistas son impresionantes. Estaba súper limpio, ordenado y tiene todo el necesario para estar (menaje, sábanas, toallas, jabón, champú, secador de pelo, lavavajillas, plancha...) María es una excelente anfitriona muy amable, simpática y dispuesta siempre. Nos ayudó mucho a organizar excursiones y respondió a todas las dudas. Nos estaba esperando al llegar y nos puso un detalle de bienvenida. Tuve un dolor de espalda y me buscó un quiromasajista excelente que vino con su camilla y me dejó nuevo. Why they chose this property

This apartment is 4 minutes walk (real) from the seafront and the beach of Torrebermeja-Santa Ana (blue flag) which has fine and dark sand, ideal for bathing and sunbathing. I have equipped the apartment with modern and functional furniture where we can easily find the coffee machine or the blender. I know that the iron is not essential in holidays but it may be necessary, that's why there is also one with your table. As for household, we find more than what is needed for a few days of tranquility: pans, pots, grills, microwaves, etc. Each reservation will be provided with sufficient sheets, towels and blankets. The apartment has air conditioning for heat and cold; as well as an electric water heater. In the urbanization there are three swimming pools and a restaurant; In addition, in the surroundings, there are many shops and restaurants that despite everything do not interfere with the tranquility of the night.
For any event or doubt, I will always be available and reachable by phone or WhatsApp. I am sure that if you spend two nights here you will repeat in the future. Thanks in advance and ... see you to give you the keys.

What makes this property unique

No building interferes with views of the horizon, the nearest beach is smooth waves and fine sand. The apartment is completely renovated and equipped with new furniture and utensils (January 2018). From Malaga or from the airport, you can easily reach it by subway train C1 or by bus M110, M112
