3-bedroom home in Lymington
Family home in the village of Pennington - perfect location for the pretty Georgian market town of Lymington, the New Forest, beaches and even a trip to the Isle of Wight.
Our house is a spacious family home with a large open plan kitchen and dining area. Sitting room with log burner and conservatory with games and table football. Separate utility room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Wi-Fi, X-box 360 and smart tv with Netflix, IPlayer etc.
3 good size bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Bathroom with shower and bath.
The large sunny garden has established flower beds, fruit bushes and trees and vegetable plots. Guests are welcome to help themselves ! Tables and chairs are provided on both the patio and under the shade of the pergola. BBQ and hammock are available to guests.
Off-road parking for several cars at the front of the house.
We are a 15 minute walk from Lymington high street with its numerous shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and about 2 miles from the picturesque quay, marina and open air sea water baths. We are very close to the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park which has excellent paths for walking and cycling. Our local beach at Milford-on-Sea is 4 miles away but if you prefer sand Highcliffe beach is an easy 20 minute drive. Another 10 minute drive west and you can visit Hengistbury Head, Mudeford and Christchurch
