Situated a ten-minute walk from The Cliff House and just five minutes from the beach is Ashtree House. Sleeping up to 6 people (5 adults), across three bedrooms with a cosy living room, kitchen diner and sun trapped garden it’s the perfect place to unwind with your friends and family.

Detached and beautifully finished dog friendly home, suitable for families or couples and a short walk to Barton on Sea clifftop and the beaches below.
ABOUT ASHTREE HOUSE
Staying at Ashtree House, provides all the same comfort and style that we’re proud to deliver at The Cliff House… with a little more space to stretch out!

The property includes a fully equipped kitchen/diner overlooking the small but perfectly formed landscaped garden. The spacious lounge area offers a Smart TV and feature wood burner for those cosy winter days.

Upstairs are three bedrooms including an en suite shower room to the master bedroom. The property sleeps up to six guests (maximum 5 adults) comfortably. The house comes with parking for up to 3 cars and a fully enclosed sun-filled landscaped garden so you can be sure your furry friends will enjoy their holiday too. Just a short stroll takes you to the clifftops at Barton-on Sea and the coastal path stretching along the edges of The Solent. The far-reaching views showcase The Needles and Isle of Wight in one direction, and Christchurch Bay and Hengistbury Head in the other. A selection of local beaches are within easy travelling distance, and the nearby town of New Milton has all your shopping needs. Just a 10 minute drive and you are in the New Forest National Park with miles of tracks to explore on foot, bicycle or horseback.

Super comfortable house in quiet neighbourhood

Newly built and furnished, Ashtree has everything that you could want and lots of lovely little design touches. Very spacious bedrooms and lounge. Neat south facing garden. Great location near to the beach and the New Forest. Very helpful owners. We loved it.

Fabulous Holiday House in ideal location for Coast and New Forest and dog friendly

We love everything about Ashtree House! The decor, spaciousness and location. It is dog friendly which is important to us as we have two springer spaniels. the location is great for the beach, visits to Mudeford, Hurst Castle,Lymington and great walks in the New Forest - a particular favourite is a walk around Beaulieu Heath. We also take advantage of the Cliff House Restaurant where we enjoyed 3 scrumptious dinners and a stunning Sunday Lunch. Staff are fab. Love it and will be returning!

Relaxed and very comfortable experience

Despite visiting the area for a funeral we wanted to an alternative location / house to stay in to ease the stress of the event and provide some respite for the whole family. Ashtree House was a little oasis of calm and peace - we will be looking for a regular bolt hole once we have sold a family property near by and will consider using Ashtree House if it is available again.

A really lovely comfortable & spacious house ideally located a short walk from the coast. We took our dog and we had so many places to visit and explore in the local area and beyond - coast & forest. A peaceful, relaxing stay with everything we needed and more. We were left a lovely welcome basket of essentials and treats on arrival which was a lovely thought and nice touch. We would visit and stay again if returning to the area. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home by the sea

We had a great week at this stylish, comfy house, visiting the local beaches, the new forest and nearby towns. The house had everything we needed and we were delighted with the welcome pack! The garden was a lovely quiet place to relax with a glass of wine and a book. Genuinely the best sleep I’ve had in ages. Steve was a fantastic host and we enjoyed delicious food and great service at The Cliff House, Townhouse and Lighthkuse.

Beautiful House Fabulous Location

House is beautiful. It was clean and has absolutely everything you need. The beds are so comfortable. It is also so close to the sea we just loved it and would definitely stay again. My only niggle would be the sofa in the lounge not the most comfortable and very low to get off of! That said it is still the best equipped and nicest house we’ve stayed in. The welcome pack was the cherry on top of the cake ! Gorgeous ❤️
