This big comfortable farmhouse is situated 2 1/2 miles from the North Devon town of Holsworthy and can sleep 11 people in four bedrooms.

Yellowland Farm is a comfortable, spacious farmhouse on a 75 acre farm near the Devon town of Holsworthy. The house sleeps 11 people in four bedrooms, two family rooms with en suite shower rooms, a double and twin, plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a hall, a sitting room with wood burning stove, a kitchen and a dining room. Outside is an enclosed garden, an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi in a barn, a games barn, adventure playground and the farm to wander. Just 2½ miles from the town, Yellowland Farm is a friendly destination for a super holiday in Devon. Note: All bookings during school holiday time must be a 7-night minimum. Note: This property is not suitable for a party of 11 adults. The property sleeps a maximum of 11 people including infants. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.
