House located in a quiet area with lots of natural light, very spacious with a modern decoration, only 2 km from Alvor and the wonderful beach of the torralta among others, 300 m from the aerodrome of Portimão where you will find two skydive companies and 1 km from the fields of Penina.
House with 2 floors, garage and interior patio.
Floor 1-Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine and clothes machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, coffee machine and magic wand. Living room and dining room, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, complete bathroom with shower.

Floor 2 - 3 double rooms one of them suite, one full bathroom of service to the other 2 rooms c. hair dryer . We offer cot for baby with bed linen and bath (free) still ironing board and iron, house linen and cleaning included.

Very close to traditional trade large shopping areas and a wide variety of restaurants and bars.

If you like to visit historical monuments there is the castle of alvor, convent of são francisco, fort santa catarina among other points of great interest.

Great stay

The stay was great apart from the broken TV which we were happy with using which then the owner came in without knocking and took it without saying a word...

Hi Finlay, I'm sorry for Lisete's lack of communication but I believe she slammed the door before going in with the insurance technician to pick up the television for repair. In the house was one of her colleagues. There was no time to schedule an appointment with you as you only had that moment to go get it. Beautiful Villa, very modern with great space in the bedrooms as well as the living area.

The Villa was perfect for our family of 6 with great space in all of the bedrooms as well as the living area. Wifi was a plus. The owner supplied us with fans during a heatwave which were very useful! The Villa was very clean with modern appliances and decor. You do need a car so we would recommend that you take this into consideration as it is 3 km outside of Alvor town with some steep hills on the way. There are planes taking off in the morning and through out the day as its beside the Aerodrome so can be a bit noisy, but you get used to it. There is a pool not far and for €3 per person per day you can use this as an option if you don't want to travel to the beach. The people in the area are very friendly and welcoming so if you go the football club locally, you can get drinks there. There is also a small cafe that serves snacks etc. There is also a small garage attached, which is useful to park a car in. Would highly recommend this Villa.

Algarve bellissima vacanza

Casa molto bella, spaziosa e dotata di qualsiasi comfort. All' arrivo abbiamo trovato le cose essenziali per il soggiorno, detersivo piatti, lavatrice, carta igienica etc... Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati dopo circa una settimana. Il terrazzino è molto piacevole. La posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti c'è il grazioso centro di Alvor, con molti locali e tutti i servizi indispensabili e la spiaggia... bellissima...spiaggia bianca ed immensa, mare cristallino.

Férias em agosto 2019

Somos uma família de 6 adultos e uma criança. Ficamos surpreendidos com a dimensão da casa, muito ampla e espaçosa. Os quartos são grandes assim como a sala e a cozinha. A casa é nova, com uma decoração muito elegante e com bom gosto. A casa está muito bem equipada, não faltando qualquer tipo de equipamento, louça ou outros. É como se estivéssemos na nossa própria casa. Na nossa chegada a casa estava impecavelmente limpa. A proprietária foi bastante flexível nas horas de entrada e saída e em todo o processo de comunicação. Mesmo apesar da distância a praia (o aspeto menos positivo) isso não é um problema pois o percurso é muito direto. Não é possível ir a pé para a praia mas de carro chega-se em quatro cinco/ minutos às praias da zona de Alvor, onde existe muito estacionamento (especialmente junto ao parque de caravanas da praia de Alvor). Uma boa surpresa.
