This comfortable Perigord style home is surrounded by a shaded garden of 1600SQM entirely closed. There is a 8Mx4M swimming pool with a uniform depth of 1,5M which is heated from early May until end of September. The pool is equipped with a security cover electrically controled.
The property includes two houses .The main house has a surface of 145 SQM on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dining room, a bathroom/toilet/laundry room, a large living room, and a storage room. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms equipped with a kingsize bed, a queensize bed and a doublebed (one of the bedrooms has also a single bed). On this upper floor there are a bathroom (with bidet) and a shower room/toilet(also with bidet). The small house has a large romm of 30SQM: ist is equipped witha large double bed (180 CM), a shower room with toilet, and a small kitchen. Equipment for a baby is provided.
The hamlet is very quiet and allows to fully enjoy the garden. Garden furniture is provided in order to have drinks and meals outside. There are beach chairs to relax on the pool side.
Many tourist attractions and soprt activities are available at short distances.

A fantastic place to stay.

A wonderful week. Lots of room for our group of 9 , amenities excellent, the outside area and pool were lovely, and the surrounding area was stunning. Very near all the delights of the Dordogne. Would thoroughly recommend it

Superbe séjour de 3 semaines dans cette villa située dans une magnifique région et au calme loin des turpitudes du covid19, seul petit bémol la wifi est limite accessible à 4 mètres de la box et inexistante à la piscine. Je pense y retourner

Quiétude en Périgord

A l'écart du village cette jolie et grande maison familiale nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances.Bon accueil et grande réactivité si petit souci . La piscine sécurisée, la grande terrasse ombragée et l'équipement complet des lieux nous ont tant enchantés que nous avons peu visité les alentours. Nous allons donc devoir revenir !!!!!
