Positive: Great Location, relatively clean and modern looking. Negatives:-Extremely loud. It is on the first floor next to the door and elevators. You hear construction noise in the morning and people returning home from late night fun at 3:30am every day. -Washing machine is not in the unit. It is a shared machine in the next building. The dryer did not work. There was no rack to hang your clothes so you had to hang your clothes everywhere within the apartment. Since it is a studio apartment, there was clothes hanging everywhere. -There are no drawers for clothes. Only a closet to hang clothes. So we essentially lived out of our suitcases for a nearly a week. -The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. -Communication for entry was less than ideal. Too detailed to explain here. I can’t blame the owners for the location of the apartment but they need to do a better job of communicating and describing the apartment. It was not worth the money we paid. The owners need to lower the price significantly for what is provided. I have traveled quite a bit in Europe. I have never left a negative review but in good conscience I could not recommend this apartment with its current description and current rate.
