Ballybunion Holiday Cottages are located on a large lawned landscaped site on the edge of the town, a great space to enjoy with family and friends. These semi-detached holiday cottages are bright and spacious making them the ideal base for a seaside family holiday or group holiday in County Kerry. Ballybunion Holiday Cottages have 3 bedrooms and sleep 6 guests comfortably:

There are onsite tennis courts, and plenty of local amenities including a public playground, seaside amusements, indoor pool and leisure centre all within easy reach of Ballybunion Holiday Cottages. Ample car parking is available. Please note the interiors/décor may vary in each holiday home.

Located just a short stroll from Ballybunion town on the Wild Atlantic Way, these semi-detached holiday cottages enjoy a tranquil location. Ballybunion boasts a selection of fine restaurants, quirky cafes, craft shops and great traditional pubs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:

Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.

If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.

If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:

-Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.

-Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.

Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.



3.Internet Access:

WIFI is available in Ballybunion Holiday Cottages only from June 1st to August 31st.



4.Towels:

Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).
