Detached house, quadrifamigliare, simple and functional, large, with a nice shady garden where you can park more cars.
The villa, on the first floor, has a large living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a second bathroom with WC and Sink, TV, washing machine, microwave, ceiling fans, pets allowed (extra charge).

At the entrance a cash security deposit of € 100.00 will be required, which will be returned upon return of the keys.

Final cleaning charged to the customer, if required €. 50.00.
Air conditioning: (if required) €. 8.00 per day for the days of use.
Bed linen: €. 5.00 per person per change.

Wurden bei Ankunft durch einPrivatgespräch des Verwalters unterbrochen, müssten dann ca 10 min warte

Haus hätte etwas sauberer sein können, zu wenig Gartenstühle - wurden erst 2 Tage später nachgebrachte . Müssten Handtücher und Bettdecken holen trotz Buchung. Keine tolle Begrüßung, müssten alles nachfragen
