It is located above the sea, 500m from the centre of Ribamar, an area well known for having excellent restaurants, namely seafood restaurants, and where you can also find various other offers in terms of commerce, such as: pharmacy, supermarket, barbecue, café, etc. Coxos beach is 700m away, S. Lourenço beach is 1.5km away, Ribeira D'Ilhas beach is 2km away and the centre of Ericeira is 5 km away.

Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.

We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
