Enjoy wonderful water views and breath-taking sunsets while relaxing on the oversized deck of this adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Cathedral ceilings, spiral staircase, hardwoods and tile throughout add to the open charm of this adorable home. Central air ensures you are kept cool on a hot summer night. Just minutes away from area beaches, the Block Island Ferry, numerous restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
First floor consists of open kitchen, dining, and living area in addition to a TV room with a pull out couch that sleeps two. There is also one full bathroom and two bedrooms with full sized beds on the first floor. Washer and Dryer are located on the first floor. Spiral staircase leads to second floor with full bath, sitting area, and one bedroom with queen-sized bed.
There is a great yard for all of those summer games and cookouts with family and friends.
This home features water access for kayaking, fishing, and clamming. Activities that all can enjoy are relaxing at one of the many beaches, swimming, boogie boarding, playing tennis, miniature golfing, biking, dining out, grilling, and much more! There is a playground one block away, with access to baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball court.

Perfect location with lots of nice touches in the home like insulated picnic bags, nightlights and plasticware for lunches out on the beach. We loved the comfy layout and greatly enjoyed our stay. Dawn was extremely communicative.

Great Location!

Fanastic place to stay - It was very clean & had all that you needed - easy to navigate to places of interest -- for us it was the beaches, ferry and Newport - Also - Aunt Carries is a must!

This year was the third in a row that we've spent a week at Dawn's place and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first -- maybe even more so. Everything was immaculate and in fine working order, including the kitchen stocked with new or next-to-new appliances. The location can't be beat -- just a mile from a great state beach (Scarborough), and at the end of the day we watched the sun set over the salt water pond beyond the deck. Plenty of good-to-superb restaurants nearby, too.

Perfect 4th of July!

We have relatives in Narragansett and booked this cottage to be close for the holiday. It was perfect for our family! Quiet road, beautiful view from upstairs, well appointed. Teenagers appreciated having their own rooms. Highly recommend!

Awesome location! Beautiful sunset views!

We have done a multi-generation vacation (ages 84-8) in Narragansett for many years and enjoy trying different beach houses. This home had one of the best decks with a water view that we have ever stayed at. We loved BBQing dinner, having morning coffee and playing games on the beautiful deck. We had a great week, thank you! The owner was responsive and kind too! :)

Lovely and convenient

My family had a great time. The house was equipped with necessities and conveniences. Scarborough Beach is a few minutes drive and has easy access, restrooms, showers, picnic pavilions and a snack stand. The owner of the house, Dawn, was very responsive to any questions.

Lovely home in nice location

We felt immediately like home when we entered the house. Everything you need is there. We liked the location. It’s quiet with a beautiful view. It’s a 20min walk to the beach. We did it several times with kids 7,8,10 and 11, and no complains. Dawn was very responsive when we had a question. Would go back again.

Narragansett Get away

The house was great for our needs. Kitchen well equipped. No problem with technology or WiFi as my son was working part of the time. The deck was beautiful.Our only issues were items in the refrigerator that somehow froze (strawberries, carrots, almond milk) and, my son stating in the interior first floor bedroom was awoken every morning between 6:30 and 7:00.The location and the beaches were great.

Great Location

Location is a big plus, close to shopping and beaches. View of sunsets over pond from upper level was beautiful. Bathrooms and showers are very small. One bedroom adjoined another apartment and we were generally awakened at 6:00am. Other than that everything was as was outlined in the listing.

Loved it!

After staying here in 2023 we happily returned in 2024. We love its quiet neighborhood, immaculate condition, up-to-date appliances and furnishings, and private backyard and deck with awesome views of sunset over a salt water pond.Up- and downstairs AC was wonderful during a couple of warm nights. Beaches begin no more than a five-minute car ride away, with several more within 20 minutes. The owner has really done a great job creating a comfortable, immaculate place to use for enjoying the best of Rhode Island.

Clean, comfortable & near beaches

Dawn's place worked out just right for our group of four -- my wife and I, and our daughter & boyfriend. It was clean, very quiet and with plenty roomy for the four of us, whether for cooking, making lunches or hanging out in the evenings. It's also within five minutes of Scarborough and Wheeler state beaches -- both excellent. We thought the views of Pt. Judith Pond were better than the ones shown in the listing, especially from the very light and airy upstairs. The a.c. worked perfectly, as did all of the house systems (the hot water might actually have been too hot ... so watch out). We heard next to nothing from the adjoining, well-screened unit ... ditto from other houses in this nice residential neighborhood. We'd be happy to return!

AMAZING

Dawn Everything was truly amazing. Accommodation were fantastic!!! My only "issue" and I mean only, the light switches and lamps. Never really figured out what switch turned on what and most of the bulbs in the lamps didnt work That is truly it!! Please let me know if you a small house or cottage thanks again Tina Cassidy

Serene Setting

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The patio offered a view of a pond. Unfortunately it was slightly obstructed by the neighbor’s fence. Nonetheless there were some beautiful sunsets. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Family vacation 2022

I had an amazing week with my children and grandchildren. Made lots of awesome memories. The house is beautiful and was very clean. Location was perfect. I walked to the beach in the morning to watch the beautiful sunrise. The back deck sunsets were beautiful.
