Holiday House - Quiet three bedrooms apartment

The apartment is located in a villa with four units, even if it is on the ground floor, you can enjoy a nice view. It has two well furnished bedrooms, living room with flat screen TV - equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi connection. Veranda with sun awning. For your staying we provide: bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils and toiletries. There is a big courtyard where you can park your car or let play your pets. You will meet our friendly and well-behaved dog that lives free in the garden (if you have any special request, contact us directly). You can use the bbq area, the wood fired oven and the outdoor furniture. The area is completely fenced and accessible by electric gate. The nearest beach, Santa Maria di Ricadi is about 350 meters from the accommodation, which can also be reached by foot (downhill / climb walk). Sensational walks await you, with their seas breeze and amazing panoramas. Also, the accommodation is about 12 Km from Tropea which is which is a must tourist destination.

Annonce erronée....

Location bas de gamme Loyer moyenne gamme 1) Trains en nombre circulant jours et nuits à quelques mètres des chambres de la location. 2) eau chaude quasiment inexistante pour 3 personnes. De plus celle-ci coule de temps en temps jaune... 3) équipements de cuisine manquants: four et micro-ondes 4) jardin où lon ne peut pas profiter de cet espace car Marley, le chien certes "joyeux "de la maison, est encomvrant et mordillant... 5) animaux acceptés mais le chien des propriétaires ne les accepte, quant à lui, pas trop. Pour preuve, le jour de notre arrivée, a mordu (legerement) notre chienne, cavalier King Charles. 6) accueil quasiment inexistant 7) conclusion: très insatisfait

Schöner unkomplizierter Urlaub im November!

Freundliche Vermieter... wunderschöner Strand, der auch noch im November zum Baden einlädt... Betten sehr bequem... Bettdecken besser mitbringen... Handtücher sind genügend vorhanden... keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, hätte man aber vielleicht nachfragen können...ab und fährt direkt am Haus ein Zug vorbei, etwas laut, zwischen 21 Uhr und 6 Uhr kein Zugverkehr... tolle Sicht aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus... Auto sehr zu empfehlen... wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die schöne Woche.

Vacanze da favola 😍

Se si è in cerca di tranquillità e relax, questo posto è l’ideale. Immerso nel verde, la spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili! Camere dotate di ogni comfort! Il punto forte è sicuramente dato dalla gentilezza e cordialità dei proprietari, difficilmente si incontrano persone di cuore.. e questo lo si percepisce subito! Maria e Salvatore saranno pronti a darvi consigli utili sul vostro soggiorno.. sempre disponibili; Davvero gentilissimi alla mano, con cui scambiare piacevolmente due chiacchiere! Un’esperienza che ti arricchisce, senza dubbio! Grazie davvero tanto... speriamo di tornarci al più presto!! ☺️

Ideal zum Entspannen

Sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber, wunderbarer Garten und ein super Hund, den wir richtig liebengelernt haben (wir sind eigentlich Katzenfreunde!). Kalabrien war neu für uns und wir waren sehr beeindruckt von den Landschaften und der Natur - und von den wunderbaren Menschen mit denen wir kurzen Kontakt hatten.

Alles super, auch der Hund der der Hausbesitzer. War für unseren Hund auch ganz toll im Garten rum zu tollen.

the flat has everything you could want and more (windownets against moscitos!)

the owners are very friendly and picked me up at the train station. they have a small and touchy dog. the garden is very beautiful and so is the view on it from the balcony. the house is up a very steep hill that is not easy for people with walking problems or without car. you have to bring your own toilet paper and everything for dish washing. there is no wifi.
