2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1st floor apartment on a gated complex, Apartment has an Outside terrace to relax which is over looking the pool. Kitchen with all facilities inc washing machine,
microwave and a airfryer.

The complex has 3 pools one large and two meduim sized these pools are not heated.

Town and best beaches are a 6 minute car journey or 40 minute walk
Big Euro spar supermarket in walking distant from the complex 5 min.
There is a closer beach 15 minute walk away and two large hotels.
There is a car parking space inside the gates. The apartment is on the first floor When accessing the Apartment it can be slightly difficult when arriving late at night as it’s a secure gated complex, the gates close in the evening, there is a side gate or have to wait for a car to come where you can then walk through the big gates when they open. The gates are opened via key and main gates via a fob. Once you get in to the Apartment the keys and fob are there for you to use for a plain sailing holiday. I would recommend getting a car as you are not in the town.bit of you like walking then it’s perfect.

This was a great base for our stay in Lanzarote. Spacious, homely flat which is really well equipped. Quiet complex but very clean - nice play park across the road for the younger ones. Great terrace which gets the sun for a few hours from late morning until after 3 (in January). Clean pool areas which would be very inviting in the warmer weather for sure. Lots of locals around the place, so felt very authentic which we enjoy. 5 mins in car to the main restaurants & beaches. 5 mins walk to Eurospar & LIDL for supplies. Good cafe at the bottom of the complex for churros. Would recommend a car to get around - very easy and close to main motorways (it's on the right side of town for the airport (10 mins), PDC (15/20 mins). Charlene was very prompt with her communication, and the WiFi / TV package was good (for UK visitors). Would love to stay again sometime, thank you!

The lovely apartment was clean & well equipped for everyone. A home from home. It’s on the 2nd floor so not for those who are mobility challenged.There is one king sized bedroom, a room with bunks & a couple of pull out beds. Separate bathroom with overhead shower & a well equipped patio area. 2 chests full of toys & pool equipment. There are 2 pools on site & the key to enter them is in the apartment.The host was really great, replying within minutes whenever I contacted her.The ONLY downside was finding the complex initially. It is about no 90 Calle de las Piteras, the entrance gate is immediately OPPOSITE the many coloured children's playground. To the right of the gate is a pedestrian gate which is always open. Follow the host's directions from there.We had a great stay. Thank you for sharing. Cecilia & Colin

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the town, perfect for long walks in the surrounding countryside. The apartment is well appointed and clean. English speaking guests can avail of the numerous TV channels, including sports and films.Altogether a very comfortable stay.

To start with the directions are awful, we arrived at just past 10 pm, it is gated so the only way in is to wait see if anyone goes through the gate so you can sneak in to find your place of stay, we had visions of sleeping in our car that night, Coms with the owner where absolutely awful, i had to ask her for the address has i had not had any info from her about the property at 10 00 am 4 hours before we flew to Lanzarote, when i phoned to ask a q's she was very sharp about it, the property was very nice ( unlike the owner), the main problem is no privacy, nosey neiboughs, and the property above brushing all the rubbish off the floor above down on to ours, i'm sat there and all theses bits fell on me, i have not rated the owner cus they do not have below 0,

Es ist eine große und schöne Ferienwohnung, die äußerst gut ausgestattet ist. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer selber öfter vor Ort sind. Es gibt Kinderspielzeug und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Unsere Kinder haben die Pools gerne benutzt und hatten viel Freude.

Alles war funktional, die Fotos entsprechen dem realen Zustand der Wohnung. Es gab viel Geschirr, Besteck u.ä. Die Bettmatratze war gut, der Balkon groß und mit hübscher Beleuchtung am Abend. Es war ruhig in der Ferienanlage, der nummerierte Stellplatz fürs Auto angenehm, ein Mietwagen vor Ort ist sinnvoll. Eurospar und Lidl in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war zeitnah und sehr freundlich! Die Strände gut zu erreichen. Unser Lieblingsstrand "cucharas", Parkplatz und freie Plätze vorhanden.

Complejo con todas las comodidades, parking privado, bien ubicado para recorrer la isla entera, la anfitriona charlenne muy amable contesta a los mensajes rápidamente, muy comodo para hasta más de 4 personas, no le falta de nada, menaje, toallas, tiene de todo.Solo algún pequeño problema con algún tema de limpieza, pero es que nosotros somos muy maniáticos.Calidad precio 9,5.Gracias charlenne

C’était un très beau séjour de 1 semaine, le gérant est très très rapide pour répondre aux différents messages et questions. L’appartement est implacable dans une résidence calme où il y a une piscine, pour accéder à la ville qui se situe à seulement 3 km il faudra un taxi ou un autre transport ( taxi=5€). Je recommande fortement l’appartement de Charlène, je compte y retourner à Lanzarote car c’est une magnifique île et de plus le logement est impeccable.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Tienen 12 cojines pero ninguna almohada. La televisión solo se ve en inglés. La comunicación con el propietario y con la persona delegada solo en inglés algo que no hace falta la comunicación y que se hace incomprensible. La nevera estropeada. Varias bombillas fundidas.

Hübsche Wohnung, bei der es an nichts fehlt

Wir waren mit 3 jüngeren Kindern für eine Woche Anfang September in der Wohnung. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Wohnanlage, mit hübschem Balkon, Parkplatz, Spielplatz und mehreren Schwimmbädern, die alle sehr sauber gehalten sind. Trotz Corona-Einschränkungen war Baden erfreulicherweise möglich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man sollte jedoch einen Mietwagen haben, wenn man gerne hin und wieder an den Strand möchte oder Ausflüge zu anderen Teilen der Insel unternehmen. Ein Einkaufszentrum befindet sich in nächster Nähe und kann auch gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Besonders angetan waren die Kinder von dem Spielzeug, das im Kinderzimmer zur freien Verfügung stand. Die Küche sowie die gesamte Wohnung war mit allem erdenklich Nötigen ausgestattet, von Mikrowelle, über Backofen, Waschmaschine, Gefrierschrank. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Einzig negativer Punkt waren die etwas hellhörigen Wände, was aber den Urlaub nicht nennenswert beeinträchtigt hat. Alles in allem haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser hübschen Wohnung verbracht und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Tout dans l'appartement était parfait. Très belle semaine passée sur cette île de Lanzarote. Seul bémol, 2 jours de pluie alors qu'il ne pleut soit disant jamais !!!! Je recommande cette location.

Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin... malgré sun petit problème a l’arrivée car par le numéro de l’appartement et un lit pas fait... la femme de ménage a tout de suite rectifie. Et charlene a été très réactive donc pas de problème. Il a tout ce qu’il faut pour de super vacances !
