Literally 3 min walking distance from the beach.

Beautiful appartment with views to sea, impressive Ifach Rock (332 meters!) and Morro de Toix. You will enjoy of double bedroom, living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, one bathroom, and a kitchen with appliances and large sunny balcony.

+ It includes an underground parking slot. Parking slots out in the street are extremely limited.
+ 2 TVs (living room & bedroom) and international TV channels (English, French, German...)
+ 3 swimming pools (one for kids)
+ Walking distance to beach (3 min), Lidl (9min), great restaurants for Paella (3min), cafes (3min), pharmacy (3min), city centre (10mim), street market (14min)

Open kitchen includes vitroceramic, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine (incl. drying machine), dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster are provided.

My suggestion: please use our sunny terrace and enjoy seaviews with some red wine and jamon! ;)

Einfach Urlaub....

wer Calpe noch nicht kennt, sollte in dieses Appartment. Es lieget sehr Zentral und von hier aus kommt man schnell an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super freundlicher Vermieter . Sehr zu empfehlen.

We enjoyed our break at this property. It's in a great location with good views. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, calpe town centre etc. Compact and contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would stay there again.

He pasado las vacaciones de Semana Santa en este apartamento con mis hijos y solo puedo comentar cosas buenas. La casa está anunciada para tres personas, pero es muy cómoda incluso para cuatro. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad, el apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y estaba muy limpio. Joan, aún encontrándose de viaje se preocupó en todo momento por nuestra comodidad y sus padres, además de ser encantadores, nos atendieron a la perfección. La terraza es espectacular con unas vistas maravillosas y la casa está a dos minutos andando de la playa más bonita de todo Calpe. Repetiremos sin duda.

What makes this property unique

This property is excellent. I love its large terrace to spend some time with friends and to observe the sea, impressive Peñon rock and Morro de Toix.

When I am looking to relax from the stress of big cities, I go there. As it is elevated, from my apartment you will not hear a single car or noise from street.
