House of 150 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 2 separate bathrooms with showers and baths. A large modern kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, piano kitchen with 2 ovens, small appliances (coffee maker, robot, kettle etc ...). A huge living room, high, with exposed beams including dining room, living room and library. Basement equipped with a washing machine, dryer, large fridge, freezer and ice machine. Ipe wooden terrace on one level with the living room of 90 m2 with summer lounge, very large parasol and SPA six seats, access to BBQ and plancha. Pool 8.50 * 4.50 equipped swimming against the current. A beach with 6 sunbathing and very large parasol. This house is located on a plot of 1000 m2 planted with terraces equipped with a petanque. The parking closed by a motorized portal can receive 3 vehicles including 1 under the shelter. This house has no sea view but is in a very quiet area.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette magnifique villa. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la décoration de la maison, son côté très fonctionnel et surtout ses extérieurs : terrasse et piscine sans oublier le jacuzzi. Un grand merci à Valerie pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse !!

Would we stay again? YES!

Things we liked: Pool - large, and quite deep (1.8-2.0m at one end) - perfect for jumping in. Large terrace, super distant views. Location - very short drive to beach, shops, bakers. Kitchen - well equipped eg good range of knives, chopping boards etc, two fridges. Owner & manager - very helpful & friendly. The photo's & description are very modest - the house & garden is much more attractive than they portray. Living room, all bedrooms had air-con which was useful to take the edge off the hottest of days. Plenty of space & seating for six to comfortably dine both inside and outside - with quality furniture. This villa really was a home-from-home - just ideal! Choses que nous avons aimé: Piscine - grande et assez profonde (1,8-2,0 m à une extrémité) - parfaite pour sauter. Grande terrasse, vues super lointaines. Emplacement - très courte distance en voiture de la plage, des magasins, des boulangers. Cuisine bien équipée: bonne gamme de couteaux, planches à découper, etc., deux réfrigérateurs. Propriétaire et directeur - très serviable et sympathique. La photo et la description sont très modestes - la maison et le jardin sont beaucoup plus attrayants qu'ils ne le décrivent. Salon, toutes les chambres avaient l'air conditionné, ce qui était utile pour atténuer les effets des journées les plus chaudes. Beaucoup d'espace et de sièges pour six personnes pour dîner confortablement à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur - avec un mobilier de qualité. Cette villa était vraiment un chez-soi - juste idéal!

M et Mme Art ATWAL et leurs enfants furent des locataires vacanciers d’une grande amabilité . Leur présence n’a engendré ancien déboire susceptible de déplaire . M et Mme Art ATWAL sont des personnes que je recommande .

Belle maison avec une piscine, une grande terrasse, un terrain de boules qui donnent surtout envie d’y rester. Idéal pour se retrouver en famille et prendre son temps loin du bruit et de l’affluence. Belle qualité d’accueil.
