Large first floor apartment equipped with all comforts, part of a newly renovated farmhouse. Consisting of a spacious living room with a spacious kitchen and 1 double bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and also a bidet. In the apartment you will find clean sheets, towels, hairdryer, TV, wifi, and air conditioning. We are Guido and Ellen, married for 35 years. We have just renovated our farm creating vacation-apartments. We are happy to host people from all over the world and to show our amazing territory rich in history, culture and nature.
What makes this property unique
We are surrounded by beautiful hills, not far from the Garda Lake, and the Mincio river. This area offers many restaurants with regional cuisine, historical places, a lot of nature. It is possible to visit a brewery, vineyard, etc.. Not far there are some famous amusement parks like Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland park. Not far from motocross and go-kart circuits, South Garda Karting is 15 min away. We are strategically situated between 3 historic cities: Mantova, Brescia, Verona. Definitely, it is impossible to get bored. Great for families and couples.
