Tranquilidad con vistas al mar

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. Super tranquilo y tiene todo lo necesario. La terraza con vistas al mar de lujo. El gimnasio realmente bien. Ademas hay plaza de parking en el edificio. Bajamar tiene unas piscinas naturales muy bonitas. Contacto en todo momento con los anfitriones, lo cuidan mucho. Muy recomendable

Días maravillosos

El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos en la isla. La ubicación nos ha encantado, vistas espectaculares. Tenía de Yoco para estar súper cómodos. Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Anlage

Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist auch sonst umfassend ausgestattet und bietet einen fantastischen Meer- und Teide Blick. Pool und Gym runden das tolle Gesamtpaket ab. Die Wohnung ist perfekt über einen Aufzug aus der Tiefgarage erreichbar. Technisch bestens ausgestattet mit Smart-TV, Netflix und einer Alexa. Manuel und Nuria haben sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toll ausgestattetes Appartement in Bajamar

Wir sind bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich vom Vermieter Manuel begrüßt worden. Er hat sich ausgiebig Zeit genommen um uns das perfekt ausgestattete Appartement inkl. tollem Obstkorb zum Empfang und die Wohnanlage zu erläutern. Er hat uns auch hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und gute Restaurants gegeben und hat seine Unterstützung bei Fragen und Problemen angeboten. Die Lage ist oberhalb vom Ort, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meeresschwimmbecken sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Teide und aufs Meer sind einfach herrlich. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Eine sehr angenehme und gepflegte Wohnung

Meine Freundin (w, 21) und ich (m, 25) machten einen 10 Tagesausflug nach Teneriffa. Die angegebene Check in Zeit war bei der Buchung gegen 14:00 Uhr. Wir kamen allerdings erst gegen 18:30 Uhr in Bajamar an, welches aber überhaupt kein Problem war, da der Vermieter Manuel sehr flexibel mit der Zeit war und wir einen guten Kontakt vorab über Fe-Wo direkt Nachrichten halten konnten. Manuel hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns in Ruhe die gesamte Wohneinheit gezeigt (über 1 Stunde). Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten, gepflegten und modernen Stil eingerichtet. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Aussicht vom Balkon! Tägliche Sonnenuntergänge und bei gutem Wetter eine wunderschönen Blick auf den El Teide. Das Meer ist nur einen „Katzensprung“ entfernt. Des Weiteren hat man die Möglichkeit den hauseigenen Pool, sowie ein Fitnessstudio zu nutzen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind durch einen geschützten Parkplatz ( eine Art Parkhaus) ebenfalls sehr gut gegeben. Wir sind sehr froh diese Wohnung gehabt zu haben und werden diese Wohnung bei einem weiteren Urlaub auf Teneriffa erneut buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön für die wunderschönen Tage auf Teneriffa an den Vermieter Manuel!!!

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit schõnem Blick auf das Meer. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Der Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar und für Fragen offen. Das Haus hat einen schönen Pool und ein großes Fitnessstudio welche kostenlos genutzt werden können. Auf der Loggia kann man ab dem Nacbmittag die Sonne genießen. Alles perfekt und gerne wieder.

the apartment was spotless, fantastic views from the balcony to the sea and mountains to the rear

Manuel was brilliant, always available when needed and very helpful in booking tours etc. the village of Bajamar is not very touristy but plenty of small bars and restaurants great selection. the pool area was great and the fully equipped gym in basement was well used. the local bus service is very good and ridiculously cheap but would advise to hire a car some great spots to visit. really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, modern and catering for our every need

We enjoyed two weeks of relaxation in Bajama. The weather wasn’t great but we expected this as it is January. However, we were able to totally relax in the apartment, which was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We choose to eat in mostly and the kitchen was excellent. We especially appreciated the Dolce Gusto coffee machine and NetFlix too! We found the dishwasher and washing machine extremely useful and all the facilities certainly made our stay extra special. We discovered some nice places to walk and to stop for coffee or Tapas. The north part of Tenerife is lovely and green and some of the scenery is stunning. A big thank you to Manuel & Nuria. We really appreciated your waiting late to welcome us, and we certainly felt confident that we could contact you for anything. Thank you also for leading us to the supermarket on our first night! We love your apartment and highly recommend it!

Fransisco a été irréprochable du début à la fin, il sait comment s’occuper de ses hôtes! Son appartement est très agreable, la terrasse donne sur une superbe vue. De plus la résidence offre des extras non négligeables (salle de sport, parking privé, piscine, barbecue,...). Notre séjour s’est donc déroulé à merveille! Je recommande vivement.
