Villa with an exceptional sea view of 60 m2 for 4 to 6 people decorated in the colors of the sea. Fully fenced with small shaded garden. Closed garage. The house is located 100 m from a natural beach surrounded by relief and 200 m from shops (mini-market, pharmacy, butchers, bakers, tobacconists, restaurants).
Every Friday morning, a small Provencal market will offer you local products in the colors of the South.
Peaceful surroundings. Located near the Mediterranean gardens (50m) in the Bas du Rayol, you can discover all the plant species with splendid panoramic views of the coastline. Just behind the villa, a shaded path overlooking the Lavandou sea at Cavalaire will allow you to take beautiful walks and mountain bikes (25 km).
For mountain enthusiasts, the Maures forest will offer you unique hikes with exceptional views.
You can explore the Golden Islands by boat (Levant, Portcros, Porquerolles).
Without forgetting the mythical Saint-Tropez at 20 kms, Toulon at 50 kms and Le Lavandou at 10 kms.

Un petit paradis au Rayol Canadel

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la villa Adriandre. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. C'est une petite maison très bien localisée, fonctionnelle, confortable et très propre. Nous y retournerons certainement et nous la recommandons vivement.

Sehr schöne Natur zum Wandern

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist sehr schön für Wandertouren in die Umgebung. Die Bebauung in der Umgebung ist sehr aufgelockert und aufgeräumt schön. Die Natur ist hier vorrangig. Der Park Rayol ist nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Schon die Fahrradtrasse direkt oberhalb der Wohnung kann zum wandern oder eben für Fahrradtouren direkt ab Unterkunft genutzt werden. Der Strand ist klein und war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Übernachtung leider gesperrt für Bauarbeiten. Saint-Tropez ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die weiteren bekannten Städte der Cote sind aber schon längere Touren. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat Charakter. Leider fehlt ein Waschbecken im WC. Die große Terrasse hat einen kleinen Blick auf das Meer und Sonne bis nachmittags.

Charmante petite maison bien située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette petite maison bien décorée et bien située (plage en bas de la rue). Il y a une grande terrasse qui doit être très agréable aux beau jours (nous y étions en février...) et un garage pour rentrer la voiture. Il y a des clim dans les deux chambres pour l’été et des radiateurs électriques dans toutes les pièces pour l’hiver (compter environ 60€ d’électricité pour une semaine à deux). Nous avions pris les forfait linge de maison (30€) pour les 2 torchons de la cuisine et les serviettes de toilette. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Regrettable manque de transparence sur le prix: en fin de séjour charges d'electricité facturées et location des serviettes de toilettes (non comprises dans le linge de maison !)

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Hund eine herrliche Woche in der Villa verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt.Die Lage ist perfekt in ruhigem Villenviertel,nahe an einem schönen kleinen Strand,mit traumhaftem Blick auf die vorgelagerten Hyeres Inseln.Gleich oberhalb der Villa gibt es einen Wander-und Radweg,im Ort gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in der Nähe mehrere lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele wie Ramatuelle,Cavalaire,St.Tropez usw. Die Villa ist außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll,maritim eingerichtet.Alles ,was man zum Selbstversorgen braucht ist vorhanden,die Terrasse kann man wunderbar nutzen und man lebt "wie Gott in Frankreich". Danke an Mme.Audat für die Möglichkeit dieses kleine Paradies nutzen zu dürfen und Danke auch an Mme.Tourquet für das herzliche Willkommen und die unkomplizierte Betreung.

Location très proche de la plage. Acceuil cordial. Ample terrasse, partiellement ombragée vue mer. Cuisine très bien equipée. Localités propres, living et cuisine plutôt sombres. Bain bien organisé, règlage de la température d'eau dans la douche difficile. Toilette minuscule sans lavabo, au rez de chaussée - bain à l'étage. Escaliers un peu hazardeuses. Maachine à laver, manque sèche-linge. Mobilier terrasse peu confortable.
