Villa with pool located in quiet residential area

Spacious villa of 130 m2 on ground of 800 m2 very equipped, with living room, dining room, equipped American kitchen, three rooms with bed in 140 and one in 160, with big cupboards, office equipped with a sofa bed, bathroom bath (bath) and toilet, shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer, garage available for your bikes for example. The interior spaces are non-smoking.
Bed linen and towels are provided, the final cleaning is offered for the sum of 80 €.
You will have several spaces, all without vis-à-vis: a large garden, a swimming pool secured by an alarm of 8mX4m and 1.65m deep, a large terrace next to the house and pool with plancha at your disposal, a shaded terrace under an olive tree to bring a little freshness on very hot days. There is also a private courtyard for parking up to 3 vehicles.
The villa is located in a residential area of ​​Thuir, and will ensure tranquility and privacy while being close to amenities.
Thuir is a municipality of about 8000 inhabitants, located 13 km from Perpignan, 23 km from the sea, 30 km from Spain, 35 km from the Canigou massif, and close to very picturesque villages including Castelnou, ranked among the one of the most beautiful villages in France, or Collioure, a small Catalan port on the rocky coast. You can enjoy close to many hiking, mountain biking, beaches, water sports, thermal waters and SPA ....
Thuir is a town very popular with locals and tourists, with many restaurants, cultural activities for the whole family, theater, traveling cinema, municipal swimming pool, media library, shops and a large local farmers' market every Saturday morning. You can also visit the BYRRH wineries, with the largest oak barrels in the world, established for more than 100 years and which have traced a page in the history of our city.
You can reach us by train or plane, but the car is essential to make the most of your stay.

On your arrival, a state of entry will be made, a deposit check of 2000 € will be requested and returned to your departure if the inventory of places of exit is consistent with that of the entrance.
