Our house is located a few steps from La Cinta beach.
The beach and the center can be easily reached on foot, even with small children.
Excellent for families, large private fenced garden, where children can safely play.
Relax area in the garden with gazebo. Masonry BBQ available for guests.

lovely little place

we had a lovely stay. the place has everything you need. the location is close to la cinta and the centre of town, but far enough to be a quiet place. Laura was answering with very short turnaround times. In short, I think it was great.

Bella, Curata e Strategica

La casa è veramente molto carina, ben strutturata ed offre tutto quello che serve per una comoda vacanza in Sardegna. La posizione è assolutamente strategica, 5 minuti a piedi dalla Cinta e a 10 minuti dal centro di San Teodoro. In 4 con 2 bambine non abbiamo riscontrato nessuna difficoltà! La gentilezza e presenza della Sig.ra Laura è davvero esemplare. Ci ricorderemo con gioia di questo soggiorno e sicuramente lo terremo come riferimento per vacanze future! Grazie!

vacances paisibles dans un environnement familial

Propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a cherché à la station de bus! Discrète et disponible si besoin..occupant un appartement à proximité l'appartement est très agréable, rien ne manque et la terrasse ombragée est un plus ! A peu de distance de la plage avec douches .La mer est limpide , propre et la vue est magnifique! la propriété est au calme, et à pied on peut rejoindre le centre ville avec ses nombreux restaurants et ses petits commercants le soir ce centre ville est piétonnier , très agréable ! San Teodoro reste un endroit très familial, où passer des vacances sans chercher le tapage nocturne! cela ne manqye pas d'animations, musique dans les bars , si on le souhaite !!oui nous recommandons cette location et avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de Laura (et famille!)

Un sporco apartamento

Pro: - ottima posizione della casa. La spiaggia è 5 minuti a piedi. - C'è un piccolo supermercato vicino alla casa e per andare in centro al massimo ci vogliono 10 minuti - la padrona di casa è molto gentile ed accogliente. ci ha addirittura prestato l'ombrello. Contro: - al nostro arrive abbiamo trovato l’appartamento molto sporco! Quindi abbiamo dovuto fare da soli una pulizia generale dell’appartamento!! Polvere negli armadi, capelli in ogni angolo della casa, probabilmente degli inquilini che in precedenza avevano occupato l’appartamento, mentre in cucina era tutto molto unto. - doccia assolutamente inadeguata, il flusso d’acqua e’ molto debole mentre lo scarico dell’acqua funziona male e la cabina si allaga tutta. La cabina stessa e’ molto piccola scomoda e stretta e mancano le mensole per appoggiare le bottiglie dello shampoo e del bagnoschiuma. Per tale motivo le bottiglie vanno appoggiate sul fondo della cabina che per i motivi sopraindicati oltretutto e’ sempre allagato durante l’utilizzo della doccia. Anche il soffione della doccia e’ molto scomodo, in quanto non si riesce a regolare e quindi o va tenuto in mano oppure spruzza dappertutto. - tra gli ulteriori minus, il palazzo e’ composto da 4 appartamenti distinti ma tutti e’ 4 hanno un’unica uscita sul giardino della casa il che provoca mancanza di privacy. - inotre il parcheggio non e’ abbastanza ambio e quindi non sempre si ha la disponibilita’ di lasciare l’auto.

Buongiorno, ho letto la vostra recensione. Mi dispiace che non vi siate trovati a vs. Agio. La pulizia viene effettuata in ogni locale,all'interno degli armadi e degli armadietti ad ogni cambio. Vengono lavati vetri e pavimenti sempre ad ogni cambio. Purtroppo un capello può scappare ..... . il giardino è in comune con 2 appartamenti come descritto nel sito, ma gli appartamenti hanno verande separate dove è possibile avere la propria privacy. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio ogni appartamento dispone di un parcheggio privato ..... se qcuno occupa un parcheggio non di sua competenza ( cosa molta rara) a soli 10 metri c'è un parcheggio comunale gratuito con decine e decine di posti. La cabina doccia è una normale cabina di un appartamento per vacanze e all'Intero non ci sono mensole ma un portatutto per spugne e shampoo. per la difficoltà di scarico, se l'avessimo saputo avrei potuto sistemarlo ( come fatto con gli ospiti sucessivi) con la sabbia del mare può succedere. Sono dispiaciuta per la vostra recensione, unica con elementi negativi. Laura

Nur zu Empfehlen

Wir waren im Juni für 2 Wochen bei Laura untergebracht. Ich kann nur sagen es war unser schönster Urlaub. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (3 Jahre und eins 8 Monate) unterwegs und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vorab und Vorort Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (Laura) war immer sehr angenehm. Sie hat einen Tipps gegeben wo man den schönsten Strand hat und wo man gut Essen kann. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hätte alles was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur bestens Empfehlen. Und San Teodoro und seine Strände sind wirklich einzigartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

un très bon sejour !

Nous avons été bien acceuillis et la petite maison proche de la mer s'est révélée très agréable. Surtout la terrasse ombragée qui donne sur le jardin. C'était propre, chaleureux et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Laura :)

ottima posizione

Favoloso appartamento. Vicinissimo al mare. Si raggiunge la meravigliosa spiaggia La cinta tranquillamente a piedi....anche con i bambini. Giardino molto grande. Ottima accoglienza. I bambini possono giocare tranquillamente e liberamente. Servizi di prima necessità a pochi passi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!!!! Dimenticavo... San Teodoro è un punto di partenza ideale per gite fuori porta giornaliere. Da visitare la Maddalena e Tavolara! !!!

Un vacanza con la V maiuscola

Appartamento situato in posizione tranquilla , conforme alla descrizione dell'inserzione. Ottima l'accoglienza, il mare si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in 10 minuti così come il centro . Se torno a San Teodoro spero di trovarlo libero.
